This Is A Very Good Book. Lots Of Poin

This is a very good book.

Lots of points discussed in the McKinsey Way: Using the Techniques of the World's Top Strategic Consultants to Help You and Your Business book by Etan Rasiel can be readily applied. For example, we were able to use the interviewing technique immediately.

Ethan Rasiel, Mckinsey Way: Using The Techniques O

Ethan Rasiel, McKinsey Way: Using the Techniques of the World's Top trategic Consultants to Help You and Your Business - In short, this book just isn't good. Loads of indirect (and direct) self-aggrandizement and obvious methods for hypothesis generation, interaction, and even traveling are suppose to pass for insight in this vapid manifesto. We know consultants are smart, but so are many other professionals, among others, and the reader doesn't need to be bonked over the head repeatedly with insipid examples of mental McKinsey domination. This book will fire up the young and soon-to-be consultants to do what they will do anyway, but for the outsider seeking perspective on one of the more secretive industries, The McKinsey Way will only re-enforce stereotypes and state the obvious.
