“Avoid! They sell expensive, damaged goods!”

Bought a bike (£1500), it arrived very poorly packaged, with damaged rail guards which were rubbing against the back tyre. Front inner tube valve was damaged beyond repair, & needed to be replaced at cost by me! Seems Tredz are prepared to do absolutely nothing apart from apologise - which is meaningless when I've spent a considerable amount of money, not only purchasing the bike but also repairing it!! Honestly never experience such infuriating, indifferent and inept customer service. All fine when buying the bike - it arrived next day. Pedal crank fell off on my 4th short ride. Took weeks to call me back. Sent me to Halfords for a fix to then tell me they wouldn't allow Halfords to fix the bike. Then the silliness really got going - days chasing to get my bike collected. I would give 0 if I could. Horrible company. Sent me mountain bike with locked fork without informing me anywhere about it. Went for a ride, twisted my wrist and bended wheel. After getting back and forth with them, they stated it's my fault and repair like this is not under their warranty. I ordered a Orbea team disc for my sons birthday. When the bike Finally arrived (late)Tredz had sent the downgraded model without hydraulic disc brakes. I asked if they could send the correct model to which they said we don't stock the model, you've ordered ,We stock the one that been delivered. why advertise it on your site then? Absolutely shocking customer service, ordered a bike and V12 credit 10 days ago, contacted Tredz today for an update and was told bike was no longer available and no alternative was available. Placed my online order on 4th April… Placed my online order on 4th April 2020. Received confirmation delivery to take place on 9th April. By 14th April no delivery. Tried to telephone but hung up after 30 minutes. Live chat replies taking ages. Eventually told to give delivery a further 5 working days. I decided to trust Tredz and during the Black Friday event I bought the pair of MTB Goggles. I got a good deal on them and were really looking forward to receiving them. I asked Tredz to honour a price match with Evans cycles, who are selling an oil cheaper by £1.50, i was buying other things anyway. The response was, sorry but Evans have a postal charge of £4.99 and ours is £2.99 so no price match?! Don't bother ordering from Tredz bicycle online store or use the Price Match Guarantee, as they will send another product and not the one ordered ( because they mislead you with wrong product pictures + lack of complete description ), and then you have to waste your time, printing labels for Asda dropping point, sending the item back, because of their entire fault! “Cheap, so don't expect too much”

I bought a pair of tyres from Tredz, as they offered the best price. One if the tyre walls split during initial inflation, so I took a photo of the damage and emailed it to Tredz, expecting a replacement. No replacement or refund, they told me I would have to return the item to them at my cost, and the cost of return would be refunded (up to £5) IF THE WARRANTY CLAIM WAS SUCCESSFUL. “Delivery estimates are a fantasy”

Avoid any product marked as "shipping in 2 to 3 days". It means it is out of stock and Tredz don't know when it will be shipped. They work on taking orders and then hoping most people won't cancel when they find things won't be delivered when promised. Simply awful, by far the worst, stated they would send my two products " on an upgraded delivery service so we can get the item to you as soon as possible." but weeks later I am still here without the product and they don't know where it is! Ordered a bike which arrived but the frame had small amounts of damage to the paintwork.I decided to keep the bike as I needed it that day as a birthday present. I complained to tredtz who offered an exchange but I refused as this would entail returning being available for the delivery etc. The bike was under £70 and I thought it not worth the hassle.The bike quality overall was poor. Tredz are awful. This company are nothing short of criminal. They took my order on 1st july told me the part would be shipped on 6th july verifying it twice as i said it was urgent. On 9th july they rang to tell me actualy it would be mid august, i asked for refund they said yes and that i would receive it in 1-2 days. It is now 20th july. They mean the bottom bracket-it isn't underneath the bike. This is basically the component that the cranks connect through the frame and allow you to actually pedal. Phots and a better description online

I received my cube stereo 160 HPA TM, October/November 2016 lovely bike, took it out on the local trails a few time's then notice that the back end was sloppy,redone all the air still no change, then found a fault on the rockshock reverb dropper post on to shop and the bike was sent back. Then while in the shop they found another fault on the frame the bottom pivot,they have had the bike now over 5 week's still none the wiser after customer care is shocking, wouldn't recommend tredz to anyone… Read Full Review

I bought a new kona when it arrived the rear spindle was very secondhand looking I emailed and got no reply a week later a new one arrived it was wrong and never answered to replace it the bike didn't fell right so took it to a tech who was disgusted that they had sent out a new bike in an unsafe condition everything lose bars not aligned a shocking state of affairs if you buy a bike from here please take it and have it built properly as halfords own them now so it will only get worse… Read Full Review
