Excellent from beginning to end. Not keen on being in front of the camera it was good to know we could entrust our memories with them. The photos we received and high quality and we have had so many compliments about them being the best photos people have ever seen. We have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. A hard working team you can trust with your memories.

They photographed our wedding for us last year and did an amazing job. Having known her for many years and seen her excellent work, I wasn't prepared to entrust anyone else with my wedding memories. I used to work in the events industry and do have a wide range of experience when it comes to event and especially wedding photography. In fact we were originally due to marry on a Saturday, but as we only had 4 months notice she was booked up. No worries said we, and we changed the date To a Friday to ensure we could book them. The pics are, needless to say amazing, but the service was second to none. He even saved the day, after I left the gifts for mothers and bridesmaids behind, by doing a mad dash back home to collect them. Leaving her to competently handle the group pics alone.

We booked Luna for our wedding in the Summer of 2015. We simply cannot rate them enough. Choosing a wedding photographer was probably the most important decision we made for our wedding (except who to marry, teehee) so we took our time having a look around, then we remembered seeing our friends wedding photos from the previous year - which were simply wonderful although we were concerned the wedding was in Devon and our wedding was in Hertfordshire, but we thought we'd get in touch anyway and were delighted when Luna confirmed availability and that they would travel - with no extra mileage costs - amazing when you're on a budget. Anyway, we visited Devon for a free E-shoot and the photographers were fantastic, we felt like we had made new friends, we felt so relaxed and we are both a little self conscious and not camera lovers!! The resulting photos were amazing, we loved them, so nice to have relaxed photos of us together in our normal gear not just wedding finery!! I like that there are a husband and wife team, it really felt like extra friends on the day, we weren't pushed into anything we didnt want to do or kept away from our guests for ages - Luna simply enhanced our wedding. THE WEDDING PHOTOS WERE AMAZING!!!! SO many of our guests have complimented us on our photos including my mother in law who was a bit worried we hadn't gone for a traditional photographer and as she barely noticed them was a little worried they hadn't captured much - these guys are so good at what they do, so many moments captured we didn't even know they were there. We honestly cannot rate this team enough - one of our friends has booked then for her wedding next year so i'm looking forward to seeing more of their wonderful work then. Luna were a little over our budget but so worth it, the one thing we went over budget on but totally glad we did. Highly, highly recommended.

I have been following luna on Facebook for a while as I love their wedding work always so creative and fresh new ideas but with already being married I didn't think I would get the chance to have the luna experience, but last year I had a baby so with my very first mothers day coming up in asked the person I dealt with if she would take some snaps of me and my daughter. I am so happy that I did, the whole thing has been fantastic, she made me feel very comfortable and with a small time window managed to get the most stunning photos! I don't know how she did it! I am genuinely speechless and would recommend it to anyone. These pictures will be in pride place in our home, thank you so much 

Booking Luna as our wedding photographer was probably the best wedding decision we made. She worked so hard on the day- I remember standing in the pouring rain, under an umbrella, on the beach at Watergate bay with my new husband and looking at her getting soaked, and I knew if we'd wanted to stay there for an hour getting pictures she would have obliged! Our friends and family all commented how lovely she was, but equally we barely noticed her presence as she was so discrete. I look at our incredible pictures most days, always spotting something new, or remembering the exact moment clearly as she captured them so perfectly. I have lost count of the number of people who have asked about and complimented us on our wonderful collection of photos. Thank you So much we couldn't have asked for more x

Anna travelled down to West Cornwall for our wedding in September 2014 and the photographs are amazing! Myself and my husband both dislike having our picture taken so finding a wedding photographer was not something I was looking forward to! However when we came across the Lunapics website the images really stood out, and after meeting Anna for a pre-wedding shoot we were both put completely at ease. On the day itself Anna worked quietly in the background snapping away at us and our guests, which was exactly what we wanted. The day flowed really well, and I think a big part of that was not spending hours being ordered around by the photographer (which has happened at some weddings I've been too!). We had a few group photos but the ones we love most are the little moments that captured the day so well. I would recommend Anna to anyone looking for fantastic photographs and especially anyone a little camera-shy! The beautiful pictures on the website are actually the quality of images you get (I did wonder when I booked whether they were just the 'very best' ones... however now I'm faced with trying to choose my favourites for an album from over 600 amazing photographs!). Luna photography advised me that she had double booked herself a few weeks before my wedding. I felt this meant they were unable to fulfil my original contract. Under the contract terms there was a condition that stated they could replace the photographer but that this would only happen in EXTREME circumstances such as ill health of the photographer which they interpreted to mean they would provide a different photographer for my wedding. However, I did not feel that them double booking (the reason they gave me in writing) was an extreme circumstance, yes it was a mistake but ultimately I had agreed & signed the contract & paid a deposit on the basis that the photographer was available to photograph my wedding and they were not. I therefore believe the original contract was entered into under misrepresentation of the service I would receive and based on her emailing me to say she was double booked meant that they were unable to fulfil the original contract. I felt that she tried to palm us off with another photographer who's work we hadnt even seen without checking with us first and that she did this based on the contract term set out above however as I said I do not believe that this applies as it was a mistake not an extreme circumstance. She said its first time shes ever double booked on anyone so maybe she didn't understand why I was so upset by the way it was handled and that I did not agree with her interpretation of the contract condition. Whether you agree with my or her view of the contract - it doesn't change the fact that she double booked and therefore we were let down and put under additional stress a few weeks before our wedding. If they can be double booked for 6+ months and only realise a few weeks before it is likely that it could happen to someone else too unfortunately and this is my reason for putting on a review. Weddings are one of the most important days of your life and you should be able to trust the companies you enter into contracts with to provide you the service in that contract.

I (Amy) have had quite a time of adjusting to normal life since the wedding; 22 months in the planning and the day was absolutely perfect. It wasn't until I saw your photos that I realised why I was having such a hard time. It is very sad that it's all over, but I realise now that I was petrified of forgetting. I can now breathe a sigh of relief, because that will never happen. You have captured the day perfectly and have artfully locked our memories into pictures that we will treasure forever.
There is no fitting way to show our gratitude. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, you were an absolute pleasure to work with and have provided us with a perfect record of our perfect day.

I would recommend Luna to anyone getting married wanting superior quality and content. I cannot praise them highly enough, they work hard yet you don't even notice they are there, they are friendly but not intrusive and most importantly, they get the shots. Our photos are beautiful, artistic and capture even the smallest details of our day, we have a wonderful record of our day captured in a mixture of excellent black and whites and bright colours.
