Purchased insignia estate, 8 months later, needed new clutch, slave cylinder, starter motor, leaking everywhere, black smoke from ehgsaust, even wrong battery fitted on car. Still sounds terrible and they wouldn't pay towards the huge cost of repairs. Check other reviews

Recently purchased my beautiful vauxhall Insignia Sri, couldn't fault the vehicle was just as described, the sales person was more than helpful he made me and my wife feel at home on arrival, he showed me the vehicle and took both me and my wife on a test drive and when we got back to the garage we had a coffee and biscuits whilst we went through all of the vehicles paperwork and service history, the only downside was that the vehicle was a little dirty subject to the weather but the salesman had both mine and my partners car washed and mini valeted for us as a goodwill gesture and threw in half a tank of diesel, would recommend this garage and will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from this garage, very professional and friendly, also not your typical pushy Salesmen.

I went to see 5 DS3's before finally coming accross my beauty at Tunstall Trade. We dealt with a salesman who was very personable and friendly. I took the car for a test drive and had a play with it. I exchanged my VW Fox and negotiated a great price.He gave my new car a fresh wash and a full valet. He helped me exchange my reg plate and my paper work and was very helpful. The car was in tip top coniditon as my family did their homework on the car.

I would recommend this car dealer to anyone who wants a second hand, great car.

Fantastic car! If you see the car you want you can buy with confidence from these guys.You can really tell how good a place is when things are not straight forward. I had a problem with the automatic gearbox on the Peugeot 207 we bought. The person i dealt with was very helpful. He took the car back and sorted everything out I will certainly buy again and wholeheartedly recommend this honest and genuine family business.

Just bought a Seat Ibiza Copa today. Travelled from the West-Midlands to Stoke on trent didn't know what to expect. Got there saw several cars including a Ford Fiesta. But in the end decided with my husband to purchase the Seat. Got to say very friendly staff including the owner, one the sons Savortori. It is a family owned business . We looked at four cars in total no pressure what so ever, they leave you alone to make your own mind up which is good don't like to be pressurised like to take my time. Pick car up next week. Very good place to purchase honest and reliable. Would highly recommend bargains not to be missed. If buying a car get down there fast.

HI EVERY ONE AT TUNSTALL TRADE CAR SALES LTD , I WENT TO VIEW A SIERRIA COSWORTH, I WENT TO THEIR TUNSTALL SITE AND WAS TOLD TO GO TO THERE BURSLEM SITE , I WENT TO THE SITE AND WAS APPROCHED BY TOP CLASS SALES PEOPLE I WAS WELCOME AND SHOW AROUND THE COSWORTH , IT WAS AS DESCRIBED IF NOT BETTER , I WOULD RECOMMED THIS CAR DEALER , THEY ARE SO HELPFUL AND CANT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU , ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU ALL , I LOOK FORWARED TO DOING BUSSINESS AGAIN ,

They had a mercedes for sale - phoned for detail and mileage was said to be a couple of miles more than the 150k advertised. Next day, whilst on holiday, drove for 1.5 hours in a masssive, thirsty motorhome to view/buy with the family. Car had 17k miles more than advertised! Also, not prepared for sale as was supposedly the bosses son's general vehicle and told me a story of how the full Merc history (as advertised) was up to 2 years ago when they started using it. They wouldn't negotiate even a penny drop but it was cheap. Bosses son very arrogant and didn't appear interested in selling the car. I agreed to buy f he could produce service books. He agreed to go home and we would go off for lunch and meet back in 2 hours. Upon our return, he said he couldn't find the books and would order from Merc and obtain the history from them. He promised to phone but didn't. I called twice and he fed me a load of rubbish each time. Not once, even on the first day I called and asked about the car did anyone call me back. Wasted a full day holiday with the family and it cost me £50 fuel. AVOID is my advice... cannot stress how appaling they treat potential customers so it begs the question how you would be treated AFTER you had parted with the cash!!!
