Olympus E-520 Review - If you're looking for a DSLR with image stabilisation which works with any lens you put on it, which has excellent kit lenses and which gives you a lot of performance for a very good price, the E-520 might just be the camera you're looking for. I'm certainly happy with mine.

Be prepared to sit down and read the manual so you'll understand all the many functions available to you, and so you won't be caught by surprise by the strange image stabliser noise when you turn it off!
