Stayed in this hotel many times in the last 10 years. Just come back 20th October after our second visit this year. The hotel & staff are brilliant. Reception staff speak many language so no confusion on arrival. Rooms very clean. Restaurant food is very good, they do theme nights a few times a week. Bar staff work very hard to keep the queue moving. All staff have a pleasant smile on there faces, work extremely hard. Hotel in prime location. They are upgrading some if the room over the winter then in 2014 after the season finishes they will do a major revamp of the hotel. Will be back again next year that's for sure
