I discovered Ghengis fireworks about four years ago, I've bought from them ever since then. Like many people, I initially bought fireworks from the local supermarket but despite the cost, cool packaging promising amazing visuals etc found the over priced and most of all extremely disappointing. Like comparable sellers Ghengis fireworks aren't cheap. I missed the cut off date for delivery from Ghengis fireworks, but Norman, who I think May be the owner delivered a large box of rockets and cakes direct to my house in his own car. Discriptions price and information was all good. The fireworks arrived on time and we were happy. The most expensive cake didn't light, we had a qualified pyrotechnic who tried 3 times it didn't light it was the 5th out of 6 in our display. The rest of the display was good no issues. My husband contated Ghengis 2 days later and explained and was advised to take photos of the fuse which wouldn't light and destroy the unused cake safely and that a refund would be arranged approx £125.
