Reserved a transport for 6 luggage’s and got a car that had to put luggage in front seat. No air-conditioning and way too much car air freshener to cover the bad odor. Complaining only generated justification for poor service. I cannot complain, fee was cheap and the service even cheaper! Buyer beware!

The cars are always on time and we only use this service when coming or going from CdG. I recommend this service

The driver was late for pick up , we was wait for 30mins after we arrival. Also the driver tire flat when he pick up us in hotel , we also wait for 30 mins for another driver come. Very bed experienced

Preliminary information was kind and detail, which gave me more relaxed and confortable. At the airport, we could easily contact with your driver. Driver was also very nice, safe and accurate drive with many instruction of What to be seen in Paris.

We booked a trip to CDG airport from our hotel in Paris. Driver came into hotel lobby to look for us when he had arrived. He very patiently waited while we did some last minute packing. It was a smooth drive to the airport. Ride was comfortable and car was clean. Simple and fuss free service that I would use again. Just pay the driver cash at the end of the journey.

I was scheduled to arrive at 6am, which is what I stated in the booking form. However, I realised that I had ordered a tourist pass which I could only collect from the airport's tourist info that opened at 7.15am. They messaged around 6.20am to check if I had arrived. I told them of my situation, and they said they would wait. Unfortunately, the tourist info only opened around 7.25am, but they still managed to send me to my hotel. I think they scheduled another driver to do this. Also, it was supposed to be a shared service, but I had the vehicle to myself (I was going to the outskirts of Paris, so I don't think many people would have shared with me anyway.) All in all, great service. I apologise for the inconvienced I caused!

The transfer from Airport CDG to the hotel and back to the Airport in the middle of the night was great. The driver was very professional, very polite and he came on time. It was very good experience. Much better than I expected. Thank you very much for starting and ending the trip to Paris without stress. I would definitely use it again and would highly recommended it to everyone.

When we arrived at CDG and reviewed our confirmation email from Paris Airport Shuttle there was no indication of where to meet our driver. CDG is a huge airport, and after an hour of going from one airport area/level to another per recommendations from various airport personnel, i finally (miraculously) found Amin, our driver. By that time my husband had gone off to search while I stayed with our baggage. Amin went to extraordinary measures to help find my husband at the airport, and we eventually all found each other. Two and a half hours after landing Amin drove us into central Paris. The whole problem could have been avoided if ther had been clear instructions about exactly where to meet. I tried calling the company at the phone number they provided, but it went to voice mail in Hebrew, which I neither spread nor understand. I cannot say enough good things about Amin, but I would never use Paris Airport Shuttle again.

Punctual and correct

I am very satisfied with the efficiency of your drivers (both directions). My problems was to get in contact with you on arrival at CDG airport. The number you gave in your confirmation sheet (+33 1.77.47.21.23) was always occupied, so I didn't know where at gate 2G I should wait for the driver, who actually was waiting for me inside the exit hall while I was waiting outside. It would have been easier to have the driver's phone number (e.g. sent shortly before arrival via SMS ...). Just a proposal ...

I can only recommend this company - everything was perfect - great fast communication, very good prices, very satisfied clients. Really the best we had in Paris.

My party of five used Paris Airport Shuttle to transfer from Orly to our place of stay, and again from there to Charles de Gaulle when leaving Paris. The same driver served us for both trips in a very clean vehicle, and he was extremely polite efficient, and prompt. Having used the RER to travel from CDG to the city in the past, the ease of having a dedicated driver and vehicle to get you to where you're staying after a long overnight flight is well worth the cost, especially when a larger party is traveling together. I would use Paris Airport Shuttle again and would recommend them to friends.
