Ordered a necklace never received it. Their response time is slow. They don't want to assume accountability for the lost merchandise. Worse vendor ever. Won't even open up the claim with USPS, instructed for me to do it. I've requested sender information that USPS is requesting and they refuse to provide it. Their shipment procedures are not customer friendly as they don't ship using certified or priority mail. Pathetic service. I ordered a gift for my sister. Went into her room and sized her current bracelets and everything. When it got here, lo and behold it didn't fit. That was fine. I started up a ticket with them and they took forever to respond. When they did, the email had a rude tone to it and insinuated that since I ordered that size there was nothing wrong. This is the worst online experience I've ever had. I purchase the necklace on 4-29-17 for my wife for Mother's Day and paid 19.95 for express shipping which said 7 work days. It is 5-1217 and I get a notice that my shipment is on its way from Israel. DHL tracking say my delivery date is 5-17-17. I've requested my money back, but I doubt if they will. I paid for Express delivery to Aust with DHL and made it clear on my order it was for a gift for someone departing AU March 27th. My order arrived - faulty. “Worse and a waist of money”

“Christmas delivery guarantee is fake!!”
