I purchased a camera for my sons birthday on Firstcall Photographic website on 3rd of August, Payment was taken from me on the same day, I then recieved a phone call on the 4th of august from the company owner saying that he had advertised the product at too low a price and he gave me two options, either I cancel my order or I pay £30 more to get my camera, he was very forceful on the phone, not what you would expect from a proffesional business man and he actually made me feel bad for buying something off his website (bearing in mind he had already taken payment meaning we had entered into contract according to the terms and conditions on his website and therefore withholding the item I had paid for from me). His call was promptly followed by an email stating the same two choices, neither of which I wanted, I stuck to the fact that he had already taken the payment for the camera and I wanted it but got no where, and a few days later he refunded my money despite the fact I said I didnt want a refund, I wanted the camera... I then had to run around the evening before my boys birthday to try and find that same camera.. Not happy.
