We arrive at the LGW airport in London and there was an announcement that the airport was understaff because of the boxing day (26/01),so we delayed to get off the airplane .. When we did the driver call me to ask me where we were and i explained to him what happened and told us to go opposite near a hotel there to find him.. I guess you get what you pay for! We had no information about what to do On arrival (Palma, Majorca) so walked up and down in the airport trying to find somebody to help us. Finally found out coach and then it took over 2 hours to get to our accommodation as the driver seemed to be taking a really random route - driving by the road where our hotel was twice before finally dropping us off. “RETURN TRANSFER DIDN'T TURN UP”

Booked for transfer from Faro airport to Portimao and also for return journey. Waited at Airport for 25 minutes until other passengers arrived which was fine. Had a mini bus for 5 (3 separate groups) of us which was good but everyone was going to different resorts. The driver was very polite and friendly. “Do Not Use This Company!”

I booked and paid for a private car (up to 3 people) return airport transfers with hoppa for our recent holiday. On arrival at the airport, we were met by a driver who asked us to wait outside. We ordered a hoppa transfer for our holiday in Malta. When we arrived at Malta airport, the taxi driver was waiting in arrivals with my name on the board and the transfer couldn't have been better! definitely worth the money! however.. when waiting for our transfer on the way back to the airport it was 15 minutes late in turning up to our hotel. “Inexperienced coach driver”

We booked a shared bus transfer from Palma to Alcudia through resort hoppa. Our inbound transfer was ok, however our outbound journey was like a Jeremy beadle story. They advised us to be at our pick up point at a certain time but to arrive 15 mins before. I gave it 15 mins after the pick up time and still no coach, I called and was advised the driver had had a few problems but would be with us in about 10 mins. “Service as declined rapidly in 2016.”

Sadly we were very disappointed with our recent service with our transfers from Palma Airport to Puerto Pollensa. We are regular users of the service as well as my whole family plus business colleagues and friends who frequent this resort several times a year. I so agree with all you have said. I have used Hoppa (Resort Hoppa) on many occasions but the last time in May was a disaster! I spent two hours waiting at the airport and then was put on a large coach with a lot of frustrated travellers who had clearly been sitting on this coach for some time. I had paid for "speedy" which should have been maximum of four stops - I was the ELEVENTH drop off!! Dreadful service - failed on three points they advertise 1) arrive happy - NO 2) maximum of 45 minutes waiting at airport and 3) ELEVEN drops before I arrived at my destination. Hoppa refunded me 50% of my charge which is something but this company has definitely gone down hill rapidly this year!!!

This week I have been on holiday to Malta. When arriving at the airport in Malta, our plane had landed 15 minutes early as we still had 45 minutes before we had booked the private car with Hoppa to collect us and no one was there to meet us. “Booking Easy But Wait Time Horrrendous”

A day before our departure from home we received an email saying they couldn't take us to the destination but instead would take us to.. the destination. We arrived in Berlin and we were staying at the Generator Prenzlauer berg. We hired a private transfer. The driver picked us up from the airport but was under the impression we would be going to the other Generator hostel despite us specifying that it was the one in prenzlauer berg. “Painfully slow: very bad start to a holiday.”

The booking process on the website was simple. The price for the transfer was very fair and the estimated 60 minutes transfer time reasonable. The price for a private taxi was considerably more, but had I known the shared transfer would actually take 2.5 hours I would have paid the extra cost. The main reason that the journey took 2.5 hours when Resorthoppa estimated 60 minutes is because the transfer company made the bus hang around for more than one hour at Enfidha Airport, Tunisia. We had a very hot and long journey to Santa Ponsa Resort Hoppa which took over 2 hours going around numerous hotels in Magaluf. We decided we did not want this on the return and phone the transfer company to upgrade to a shared shuttle service for an extra £11.
