Company who do not turn up then will not refund you. They left me stranded with my small children when they failed to turn up. They were uncontactable by phone (including their "emergency" number). Awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company. For two reasons. One they weren’t at the airport with a pick up sign as they had specified they would. The pick up was operated under a completely different business name to the one they supplied me which meant a real hassle trying to find out where to go when I arrived and felt really stressful. “Shocking lack of customer support”

We’ve used Hoppa transfers many times before but in these Covid times, Hoppa are worse than useless. They emailed telling me I had to cancel and rebook because their supplier needed more detail on the address. I cancelled but then received an email telling me to claim a refund. The process was frustratingly complex and there’s literally no way to contact them - they no longer take phone calls and their online ticketing system just sends you an automated and unhelpful response. Firstly, I only gave this company 1 star because there was no option for zero! They let us down with our airport transport, did not even contact us, just did not turn up! Ended up having to book transfers from elsewhere at last minute (costing £450). Have been trying since August to retrieve money back from Hoppa. Ended up making a court claim for money owed, cost me £35. Have now received full payment back, plus the court fees. Book in January with full refund T&Cs Hoppa have refused to refund and have given vouchers. I am working through the lockdowns and have vulnerable people in my bubble we will not be traveling abroad next year and have informed Hoppa several times to no avail. Disgraceful, arrived at Alicante with no one at the service desk only to be told by other operators that abas transfers are no longer doing shuttle transfers. We had to change our hotel in Turkey, only option given was to cancel Hoppa transfer to receive Hoppa credits and rebook,I have now emailed hoppa.com 4 times, phoned countless times to be given same email address (via automated service) that comes up saying invalid email address. Booked Hoppa back in February for a trip to Krakow in August 2020. Waited 45 mins at tbe airport. Eventually the transfer company rang me saying Hoppa hadn't paid tnem since December 2019. We had to cancel our holiday due to Covid19. We are entitled to 75% of our money back due to there T&C's at the time of booking. Hopppa refusing to refund us but will give us a credit note. Due to health reasons we are not leaving the uk for the next couple of years as we feel it's too risky. I informed Hoppa of this but they are now ignoring all emails. Terms and conditions say 90% refund but no offer you a credit which runs out in a year. Awful customer service with generic emails advise you to contact BBC Watchdog and Gov.UK report bad companies during COVID 19. Booked and paid £110 in September 19 for June 2020 transfers. Contacted them months ago to cancel and request a cash refund as per terms & conditions of my contract with them. They disregarded my request for a full cash refund instead issuing Hoppa Credits. Tried contacting them many times but emails always bounced back. They have changed their Terms & conditions so anyone thinking of booking them need to be aware they are highly unlikely to give a cash refund and Hoppa Credits will expire… Read Full Review

Exact same thing happened to me, my credit card did a chargeback but they've just disputes it and taken the money again. just taking people's money when so many have lost jobs etc...I will NEVER use them again

Have you reported them to Trading Standards? as they are now taking up the case on peoples behalf to get refunds. It takes a bit of time & patience, but realistically gives the best hope of getting a refund. Good luck.

Have had our holiday cancelled due to covid. My booking with Hoppa was fully cancellable yet they are only offering a voucher which i will never use. Refusing refund for cancelled flight due to Covid-19! I am disgusted with the behaviour of Hoppa during this pandemic! I have used them many times before but never again! I have written many emails asking for a refund for a Spanish return transfer cancelled due to the current travel restrictions. The Company has consistently refused to refund me and will only offer a Credit Note, this is despite that I have explained that I have lost my job due to the virus and will not be travelling in the foreseeable future.
