“Failure of provision”

Arrived at Lanzarote airport with booking confirmation and receipt from hoops Hoopa had not confirmed the booking to the local agent so we were refused access to the coach. Lots of hassle to find other transport but no way to contact Hoppa. Felt like I had been ignored. Thanks to PayPal I received refund of initial payment. Still had lots of additional hassle and expense, ignored by Hoppa.  NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Soul have given minus 5 if it was on the scale… Read Full Review

“Be careful with this company”

Be careful with this company. When you entering flight number you must understand that this information does not matter nothing. Because if your flight late you'll lost your transfer and money. Because nobody care it. Answer from Hoppa: "If the transportation arrangements you have booked with the suppliers are for collection at an airport or port or train station and the flight, ship or train arrival is more than 45 minutes later than the time confirmed in your booking". “Unreliable ”

Waited for our return pick up and it didn’t turn up. When we rang the emergency number it just rang out with no answer. Left stranded and panicking After choosing a pick up address from their drop down list They refused to refund as they said there taxi was waiting for us. They sent the GPS of the taxi in a photo and the taxi wasn’t even in the right area. After pointing that out they refunded just the taxi fare. Don’t use these in Tenerife… Read Full Review

I am disabled and the left me high and dry, my flight was for 11:20 gate closes at 10:50.and the were going to pick me up at 13:45 (da) the manager and one of his staff tried to help me but they were told that I could be picked up at 9:45,when I phoned and told them I was disabled and by the time they picked up the rest of there passengers I would not make my flight, I had to get the manger to phone a taxi for me at the cost of 35 euro, it took the taxi driver 27min to get me to the airport… Read Full Review

We had delay in our flight (we gave them our flighet num) they charged us extra 15 pounds for waiting outside of the airport! And then, on departure day they counted the back bags as extra luggages and they wanted to charge extra fees again. So don't be deceived! We arrive at the LGW airport in London and there was an announcement that the airport was understaff because of the boxing day (26/01),so we delayed to get off the airplane .. When we did the driver call me to ask me where we were and i explained to him what happened and told us to go opposite near a hotel there to find him.. This was the worst service I have ever experienced while travelling and using transfers all over the world. Our flight from Gatwick to Budapest was unfortunately delayed by approximately two hours, after landing and waiting for our luggage to become available we have been informed by our driver via whatsapp message that he has another booking and he is not going to wait any more. Booked 6 transfers, 2 in China and 4 in Vietnam. 2 no shows leaving us stranded at Airports and 1 late cancellation, I have emailed them at least 4 times with no response. Utter garbage Booked a return private transfer in Marrakech for a mini break , despite having paid up front and confirmed all the correct details the service didn't appear. After exiting the airport exactly at the pre arranged time to the meeting point were our driver was supposed to be waiting we found numerous companies and drivers holding up name plaques . Booked a transfer in New York for a family of four and 3 large cases. Didn't turn up. No one answering emergency help line. Stranded and paid a fortune for a taxi. When submitted complaint took 10 day for them to 'investigate' and then they just said yeah you are right your transfer didn't turn up we will refund you the money. Wrong size vehicle arrived at airport. Driver argued and office wanted us to pay for a second car. Refused, left waiting for an hour at the airport until a second car came. Reported issue to Hoppa, very slow response received, and a paltry 20% refund was given. Assurance from Hoppa that this would not repeat on return journey. Had a return coach trip booked and paid in advance. Arrived at Faro airport on time and proceeded to the Excudo desk as explained by my hoppa confirmation and etickets. Booked and paid £40 for airport transfers in Majorca. They sent confirmation with wrong address then tried to overcharge us more money and wouldn’t pick us up unless we paid it. We booked a return transfer from Bangkok airport to our hotel. We had no issue with the initial transfer from the airport to the hotel. Our return transfer from the hotel to the airport never arrived. We were a party of six people left stranded. “Not a reputable company ”

Paid for a return trip from Malaga airport to Torremolinos. Was collected at airport and transferred to hotel. On day of departure there was no sign of Hoppa, as we were a group of 7 including children it soon became evident that the service we had paid for was not forthcoming.
