Don’t believe all positive reviews Reading some of the recent carefully worded positive reviews I am of course not suggesting they have been strategically placed by request of Hoppa. Scrolling down further into the reviews for this company gives the truer picture. As one review puts it I would pay double or crawl on my hands and knees then use this off shot of A2B transfers and Hoppa Go. Booked online Dec 19 with refunds were part of their cancellation policy, when booking was made. Our flights have been cancelled due to covid 19, now they will not refund, only giving credits for future use, no good to us as we don't know when we will try travel abroad again. Booked Hoppa back in February for a trip to Krakow in August 2020. Waited 45 mins at tbe airport. Eventually the transfer company rang me saying Hoppa hadn't paid tnem since December 2019. Therefore tbey wouldn't be providing transport. Ended up paying £40 for a taxi. Unable to contact Hoppa as there's only a answering machine service with no facility to leave a message. We had to cancel our holiday due to Covid19. We are entitled to 75% of our money back due to there T&C's at the time of booking. Hopppa refusing to refund us but will give us a credit note. Due to health reasons we are not leaving the uk for the next couple of years as we feel it's too risky. I informed Hoppa of this but they are now ignoring all emails. Terms and conditions say 90% refund but no offer you a credit which runs out in a year. Awful customer service with generic emails advise you to contact BBC Watchdog and Gov.UK report bad companies during COVID 19. Booked and paid £110 in September 19 for June 2020 transfers. Contacted them months ago to cancel and request a cash refund as per terms & conditions of my contract with them. They disregarded my request for a full cash refund instead issuing Hoppa Credits. Tried contacting them many times but emails always bounced back. They have changed their Terms & conditions so anyone thinking of booking them need to be aware they are highly unlikely to give a cash refund and Hoppa Credits will expire… Read Full Review

Refusing refund for cancelled flight due to Covid-19! I am disgusted with the behaviour of Hoppa during this pandemic! I have used them many times before but never again! When booking I was told if I cancelled with over 60 days notice then I would get a 90% refund. However, I have now contacted Hoppa through their online “talk to us” 3 times with no response! I have written many emails asking for a refund for a Spanish return transfer cancelled due to the current travel restrictions. The Company has consistently refused to refund me and will only offer a Credit Note, this is despite that I have explained that I have lost my job due to the virus and will not be travelling in the foreseeable future. Arrived at Lanzarote airport with booking confirmation and receipt from hoops Hoopa had not confirmed the booking to the local agent so we were refused access to the coach. Lots of hassle to find other transport but no way to contact Hoppa. Felt like I had been ignored. Thanks to PayPal I received refund of initial payment. “Be careful with this company”

Be careful with this company. When you entering flight number you must understand that this information does not matter nothing. Because if your flight late you'll lost your transfer and money. Because nobody care it. Answer from Hoppa: "If the transportation arrangements you have booked with the suppliers are for collection at an airport or port or train station and the flight, ship or train arrival is more than 45 minutes later than the time confirmed in your booking". “Unreliable ”

Waited for our return pick up and it didn’t turn up. When we rang the emergency number it just rang out with no answer. Left stranded and panicking After choosing a pick up address from their drop down list They refused to refund as they said there taxi was waiting for us. They sent the GPS of the taxi in a photo and the taxi wasn’t even in the right area. After pointing that out they refunded just the taxi fare. Don’t use these in Tenerife… Read Full Review

I am disabled and the left me high and dry, my flight was for 11:20 gate closes at 10:50.and the were going to pick me up at 13:45 (da) the manager and one of his staff tried to help me but they were told that I could be picked up at 9:45,when I phoned and told them I was disabled and by the time they picked up the rest of there passengers I would not make my flight, I had to get the manger to phone a taxi for me at the cost of 35 euro, it took the taxi driver 27min to get me to the airport… Read Full Review

We had delay in our flight (we gave them our flighet num) they charged us extra 15 pounds for waiting outside of the airport! And then, on departure day they counted the back bags as extra luggages and they wanted to charge extra fees again. So don't be deceived! We arrive at the LGW airport in London and there was an announcement that the airport was understaff because of the boxing day (26/01),so we delayed to get off the airplane .. When we did the driver call me to ask me where we were and i explained to him what happened and told us to go opposite near a hotel there to find him.. This was the worst service I have ever experienced while travelling and using transfers all over the world. Our flight from Gatwick to Budapest was unfortunately delayed by approximately two hours, after landing and waiting for our luggage to become available we have been informed by our driver via whatsapp message that he has another booking and he is not going to wait any more.
