Read some reviews before buying some of which were not great but after speaking to rob who runs the site was more than happy to make a purchase and i wasnt disappointment they had the best prices i could find and arrived within 3 days all in all very happy will be buying from them again.

I was really impressed with Specsdot.com! I purchased some glasses for my daughter. The staff were super friendly, the product itself is tip top and it was delivered EARLY! I shall definitly be using Specsdot.com again! You guys are winners!!

Well, the glasses that arrived were damaged, and they weren't repaired to my satisfaction. They should have been replaced. I could have pushed for a replacement but in the end probably wasn't worth the hassle. I am now left with glasses sporting a wobbly leg, so beware of this when ordering.

Good price though if you're willing to take the risk!

Im not normally a very easily pleased customer but i was astonished but the level of professional service i received from specsdot. The Customer service was great i had a few queries so i emailed and the response was almost instant, I found it was very easy to order, and the turn around was fast when the glasses arrived the quality was brilliant too. Defiantly by using them again.

Ordering is easy enough, find the frames you like, add your prescription and you're away. What is poor is that you get a single email to confirm that your order has been recieved, and then another one (some weeks later) to say that the order has been dispatched. Nothing else. Nada. Zilch. I left a message on the website 'contact' as I was getting concerned about the order, but heard nothing from them at all. All rather worrying with £200 worth of glasses at stake. However, when they did arrive they were very well packaged and of outstanding quality. Worth the risk? I don't think I'll be ordering from them again....

I found Specsdot.com to be a real disappointment. I wanted to order a pair of prescription sunglasses and one pair of standard prescription glasses. There was difficulty with this right from the start as I hadn't confirmed an actual order via their website due to wanting to negotiate a discount, but found that just by putting items in the shopping cart this created an order without my knowledge. I had not been asked to confirm the order or make payment, so was shocked when I had an order confirmation emailed to me. From this point on, I had complications due to not being able to speak to anyone directly and having to communicate through email, which seemed to take days. I was asked to give payment details over the phone, but in light of the fact I couldn't get through via the phone it caused an obvious problem. When they eventually contacted me, they did so from a mobile number (which concerned me). I became increasingly frustrated, because i just wanted to make payment and receive the items, but due to the poor communication and customer service I could not resolve this. I asked them to cancel the order and confirm via email that this had been done, and I have never heard from them since.
