Unhelpful 'customer support'

General Comments

I have used this service at least 15 times. But last time the company messed up big time. Even if you bought from them many times previously,they don't treat you like a valuable customer,but someone to grab money from.

I have sent a £ 200 parcel with their service and it was a nightmare. The parcel was lost and I contacted eParcelz advising them that my recipient did not receive the parcel.

The seller,which is also known as delacoco88 on ebay, blatantly washed her hands on the matter and refused to even make a phonecall to Parcelforce on my behalf as far as I am concerned.

Instead, I got her reply : 'Don't worry, your parcel has probably been left with a neighbour'.

I have replied that my recipient (a customer whom I sold an item to) has 35 'neighbours' in the area and that I can't ask him to knock at everybody's door to try to get his parcel,and that this is a matter that she should take up with Parcelforce, and that she was wasting my time in my opinion.

I do not recommend eParcelz.com

Eparcelz Were Cheap & Efficient. I Thought Custome

eParcelz were cheap & efficient. I thought customer support was excellent - the first time I sent a parcel I was on the phone about 4x and the lady was most helpful each time. The parcel only cost me £5.99 to send as well. Easy process - clear instructions and trouble free. Always answered phone calls or returned call quickly. Answered emails withing 12hrs. I had one parcel picked up from another address to be delivered here. Maybe the instructions to the sender could've been better - they were not aware that they had to download the barcode for the UPS driver to scan & he would not take the parcel the first time. This was sorted efficiently by eparcelz & no problem the 2nd time of pick-up - there was no extra charge.

Until there's no problems, everything is fine and dandy. It's only when you get a problem that you see how good or bad a business really is. Sadly, for eparcelz, they are amongst the worse in my list, and I have used many courier companies. They were lucky that my customer has been very patient and did manage to find the parcel, otherwise I would have taken eparcelz to Court, instead of just writing a bad review about them.
