You cannot get through to contact anyone if you have a problem like mine ( poor internet speed ) both email or by phone no one answers replies ever !. Just the same automated reply "all our advisors are busy try again later ", now the weekends here i have had it as they don't work weekends . Will be changing to another ISP that have working helpful technical staff that can answer the phone 7 days a week . Unfortunately i got suckered into the bogus sales reviews blowing Titans trumpet on here as it is not good but at least i can cancel my contract as it is only 3 months ,that's if i can get through and speak to someone, i'll give it another week than off to OFCOM to lodge my complaint

I would like to talk to one of their sales staff,re what i can get.Every time i have phoned their number all i get is "they are all busy please try later,"then i am cut off.How come they are getting all these good reviews, are they being written by the staff i am trying to get through to.

I've been with 02 broadband for over 2 years and decided to change providers as the connection was getting slow during peak times. After reading the great reviews for Titan DSL I signed on with them thinking it would be great to support the small businesses. Since we've switched to Titan, DSL service is slow and intermittent during peak hours. We have to unplug our router several times in the evening to get back our connection. Another annoying thing is that Titan DSL's customer service is only done via email as they have a new excuse each time as to why they're unable to pick up the phone. When I asked for my MAC code, they didn't bother checking why I was unsatisfied which is a big indicator of their non-existant customer service representatives. Maybe TitanDSL works for other parts of the UK but I definitely wouldn't recommend their service for North London.

I had been with Titan for two years, and decided to switch over to a new package in August. They informed me I needed to make a one off payment through Paypal, even though I had a direct debit set up. I did this. 20 days later I received a message from Paypal saying my monthly subscription was about to come out to titan. I tried to log onto their account site - website certificate expired. I sent a message through their website form, was told that they would sort account and the new direct debit was in the works. Next month - another request from them to pay, 10 days early, through Paypal. Telephone lines still not working, website still a mess, i decided to go with another provider. As soon as I did this my speed fell to 3mbs, even though the service I was paying for was for 16-20mbs. No help provided.

I am impressed that you got hold of anyone at TITANADSL as the phone lines have been down for the last week so well done on that one. I havent paid for my broadband since migrating in November,,,,and i know what is coming a bill for 4-5 months all at once, ive emailed explaining that they havent taken money out of my account, and i even got an email which must have been an automated fob off saying that " A Cheque was in the post to me " all the talk of a new website and usage checker hasnt come to any fruition, seems like a poor show to me. Speedwise all is well but bad communication.

Following your comment, I have being trying to contact Titan for nearly three weeks by phone, Their telephone line has a recorded voice no service, and this week closed wednesday. My emails keep bouncing back. I am shock at their non response, even though I have tried other avenues of communicating with them. To be fair to them they have given a very good service in the past, but my patience is wearing thin. I will give them a few more days, and I will stop my services.
