Worst Web Site
I have been trying to see about booking a cruise in April.
The web site is always having trouble and you could not see what is available to book. We just gave up and booked with another cruise line.
Independence Of The Seas
My husband was taken ill on Independence of the seas , not a good idea the only thing they were concerned about was could we pay to see the doctor.We had no help or after care, when my husband was sent to hospital their only concern was pushing an envelope in my hand which I later realised was the bill for the half hour service. Of over 800 hundred dollars not want you need when your partner is very ill. Will not be going with this company again or recommend .Our friends sailed with them at the same time and lots of complaints .

Dress Code.......food
On the two formal nights in the dining room..most guests were dressed appropiately. However they did allow guest in with shorts, jeans, T shirts Etc. If theynwish to dress this way there are other dining areas where they can eat... Do you want the reputation of the Cranival line or a classy ship.. Enforce your dress code......
Food in the Windjammer a little poor. Although we did not eat there but twice for breakfast...others complained as well.

I really enjoyed it. Great experience. Great for ALL ages and when you get on board you don't want to come off! Except for shopping in ports of course. Royal Caribbean, Brilliance of the Seas is absolutely brilliant.
