Bmw Great Cars Just A Shame The Sales Staff Are Arrogant
We have had three previous BMW's with the fourth on the way.....
The performance / build quality / style / customer service / pretty much everything has always been exceptional cant fault the cars finance company or the aftercare with regard to services etc.
our only let down has always been that the sales team (Male) tend to usually swan around like a peacock in a arrogant & cocky manor this has been the case on our last two purchases from Teesside BMW. We did receive FAULTLESS service at BMW Malton though and also had a good experience at another Northeast based dealer

Appalling Customer Service
As told by others, only interested in business customers.
Dealers largely incapable of fixing minor problems without multiple visits, and customer service bland and impolite. Expensive cars having too many glitches. Never again.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Real corporate geeks, petit functionaires, jobsworths etc. They care more for the bottom line than the life and limb of its customers - corporate social responsibility my bottom.

Bmw's For Me Are As Good As It Gets. From The Bmw1
BMW's for me are as good as it gets. From the BMW1 to the M5 they have got everything. Well built just like Beyonce with just as enticing curves. Probably a bit more reliable and a little less expensive to run, although not as much fun. I have had a BMW3 and 5 and have loved both of them Was thinking of getting a Mercedes next just because I have always wanted to have one, but will probably stick to my dream BMW. Once driven forever smitten!
Agree with the review - its the marque of choice for the discerning driver. etc. etc.
However on the web side of things (and we are reviewing the web site here), I would argue that although it's perfectly fine for looking at glossy photos of shiny new cars, the approved car network is slow, can crash quite often and is a little antiquated in approach. Compared with the user experience on the VW website, it looks a little out of date and cumbersome - which is frankly not what I'd expect of our illustrious Bavarian cousins.
