Katie Price, Jordan Pushed To The Limit Is An Amaz
Katie Price, Jordan Pushed to the Limit is an amazing autobiography! Couldn't put it down, finished it in 2 days!
Makes you realise how much bad stuff she's been through and she's still strong, she's not the person people expect her to be and people should give her a chance. I'd recommend this book to all my familty and friends (well the girls :P)

Pushed To The Limit - Katie Price
Pushed To The Limit is the third and most recent autobiography by Katie Price. The book was released in February 2008 by century.
Katrina Amy Alexandria Alexis Infield was born on May 22nd 1978 (she will be 30 in a couple of days) , in Brighton. She changed her name to simply Katie Price. She is also known as the glamour model , Jordan , however after appearing on the ITV television series I'm A Celebrity : Get Me Out Of Here , she became more publicly known as
herself ; Katie Price and Jordan is now considered a separate character. Katie is married to the pop star Peter Andre whom she met on I'm a celebrity. Together they have a son Junior and baby girl, Princess Tiiammi. Katie also has a son named Harvey with the footballer Dwight York. Katie is a successful business women ; She has her modelling career , Reality Tv Series (Katie and Peter ; The Next Chapter) , Chat show (Katie and Peter ; Unleashed) , Fragrance (Stunning), autobiographies (Being Jordan , Jordan; The Next Chapter) , novels (Angel , Crystal) , children's books , lingerie range , jewellery range (available at Argos), Fitness Video , Album , Calendar'etc.
Last year Katie won the mum of the year award. She currently lives in Surrey with her husband and three children.
Pushed To The Limit , follows on from where she left off in her last autobiography ; Jordan ; The Next Chapter.
The book begins following Junior's (her second child) birth. Throughout the book she talks about her battle with Postnatal Depression and how she was determined not to get the illness after giving birth to her daughter. She went to extreme lengths , such as not allowing anyone to come to the house for a while after the birth of her daughter and not letting anyone hold her baby as she was so desperate to bond with this baby unlike when she had Junior. She says how she felt after Junior's birth and how as the weeks went on she wasn't getting any better.
She tells of the sad time of when her nan who Katie had been closed to died and how with the pressure of work was getting on top of her.
This book is full of events all which have happened to her within the time between her last autobiography and this one. Such events include : Harvey's accident where he was burnt on New Year's Eve , Peter's meningitis , Harvey's second accident where a mirror fell on top of him , The death of her nan , her miscarriage , her postnatal depression and even a kidnap threat.
I've always thought of Katie as a very strong woman , however in the book we see that she is not as strong as she makes out to be , although the amount that has happened to her , no one would be able to go through it no problem although she always comes out the other side.
One thing I like about the book , is Kate's honest. She tells it how it is and doesn't care who it's about. I think it's great that a women of her status can be so honest with her fans. I think that is the reason why she is admired so much.
One thing which put me off the book was the price. At £18.99 I thought it was rather expensive and so I waited a while until it was down in price. I bought it for £14.99 from W H Smith and was so annoyed when I saw a couple of days later that it was selling for a price of £9.99 on play.com!
The book is a great read , like her last autobiography was. When reading it , I found I couldn't put it down , and when I did I was constantly thinking I can't do this until I've finished the book. I enjoyed it so much I was disappointed when I finished reading it.
I am a big fan of Katie's and therefore this book was of huge interest to me. However due to the fact that I always watch her ITV reality tv show ; Katie and Peter ; The Next Chapter , I found that I already knew some of the things she talked about in this book from watching the show , and therefore the book didn't allow for many suprises. However there was one thing I didn't know about and that the Katie's kidnap threat - I had no idea although she does say in the book that she tried to keep it a secret because she didn't want the press to find out. I enjoyed this book , however I must say I prefer her last book because in this one she tends to moan about how she's pregnant and how you'd think she wouldn't have to do this and that , and you'd think people would be easy on her. However I would definitely recommend this book to all Katie fans , and if your not a fan , buy it anyway as you definitely will be by the end of it. I never liked Jordan ,but as soon as I saw her on I'm a Celebrity as Katie , I liked her.
Thanks For Reading!
