Do not waste your money on this company, completely incompetent and rude staff from the valet team to the company Chairman. I bought a brand new Mazda for £30k and 5 months later have finally received the paperwork for this vehicle. On collection the vehicle was damaged, the valet team leader lost his temper because the sales team wanted him to inspect the damage and he hadn't put his lunch in the fridge yet, he was late to work apparently. It turned out the car was so badly damaged it actually needed a re-spray. Why this wasn't noticed before I took collection of the car I have no idea, it appears there is no pride in the work undertaken here. I paid for my private registration plate to be transferred, this wasn't done correctly causing a significant delay. What actually happened was a transfer of ownership of my old vehicle and then Perry's 'gifted' me my own registration plate, I also was not refunded the money for the transfer they didn't complete, in effect they made a £115 profit on that. I wonder if this is a standard working practice? I received paperwork for a completely different vehicle, evident in the fact it displayed a different registration number, amongst other errors, I then received a second copy where no registration number was supplied and the dealership was listed as Perrys Peugeot, my car is a Mazda bought from the Mazda dealership! The Sales Manager refused to give me the details of the General Manager so I contacted the Chairman who assured me he would investigate personally and get back to me, it is now over 5 months later and this individual still hasn't replied despite numerous more emails being sent to him. I ended up going into the dealership for my paperwork and was told to "Go home and check your doormat" because it has been posted, not exactly the treatment you would expect from a car dealership you have just handed over a lot of money to. As it was posted, there was a blunt refusal to print the document there and hand it over to me, apparently they are incapable of this basic level of customer service. One of the many times I left empty handed. I cannot remember the amount of times I rang the dealership, I visited 5 times and was fobbed off each time, no phone calls were returned by the Sales Manager or his team and it appears the General Manager has 'moved jobs at short notice'. This dealership is going in one direction only, rapidly downhill, and with a Chairman who cannot even keep his word and reply to customers, I can't see much of a future for the wider business either. I cannot overstate how much I regret handing over my money to this dealership, do not touch them with a bargepole!

One of very few honest dealers you can find, all of my family has used them and each member has got a good deal, thumbs up

Bought a new Grande Punto in 2007, serice was ok till things went wrong. You have to wait 2 weeks just to get them to look at the car, then another 2 for them to repair it. A month with a broken car is taking the mick. I've also had to take it back with the same things wrong with it to be repaired again and again and .....Avoid at all cost.
