Be careful if you’re VAT registered and trading in a vehicle. You pay plus VAT on a new van but your trade in value will be including VAT – unless you tell them you’re VAT registered. Sadly, I fell for this so was left selling my ‘asset’ including VAT so below what was agreed – I’ve not traded in a vehicle before – underhand sales tactics in my opinion. Perrys couldn’t send me the offer I made through the website for confirmation. The sales people didn’t want to know, or try and do the right thing so I took to head office who ‘investigated’ and said it wasn’t protocol to ask a business in they were VAT registered – come on Perrys you’re putting a vehicle in a LTD company name! 

Just purchased a car from these guys and experienced excellent service.

I dealt with Reece Garrett and found the entire process an absolute pleasure. He found me the right car and even arranging for it to be delivered from another branch ready for my test drive.

From there he made me feel welcome and appreciated, answering my questions and putting me at ease at every step. Start to finish I felt valued and reassured and very well looked after. No pressure, just common sense selling.

I have never purchased a car on finance before but found that he began by asking me what I needed and what I could afford, matching my payments to my needs. At the end of the process, I have ended up paying what I can comfortably afford (the amount I wanted to pay from the outset) and not what someone else thinks they can get out of me.

Good customer service is very rare these days but even more rare is genuine service like this.

I will remember my experience and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

If you want to speak to nice people in a friendly atmosphere when you're buying the second most expensive purchase of your life, this is where you need to go.

I purchased 2 cars from Perrys ( i still have them both)and have them regularly serviced by Perrys at Broadstairs over the past 6 years. Service staff are courteous and friendly, and i like the way they have appointments where you can wait for your car to checked or serviced. Coffee and newspapers and comfortable surroundings is the norm. The cost of services and MOT are reasonable i think for a main dealer...anyway i like having things done correctly by trained technicians. When my battery let me down after having used the air-con too much on short journies, they recharged no charge. There is nothing to dislike i am afraid.

I am just about to buy my second car through Perry's in Broadstairs, The customer service is of a high quality and they will do what they can to help you and your interests.

Im very happy with their assistance and suppost and happy to buy from them once again.
