They! made an error with the addressing and I had to pay the shipping cost again to receive my purchase. It was their mistake and I had to pay for it !! (12,99 gbp) So, in total I have paid 25,98 gbp shipping costs. The item I bought costed 24,99 gbp. Pretty shocking customer service. Placed an order, rang up to amend before dispatch (removed an item worth about £20). Delivery excluded the item, but I didn't check the invoice. Noticed on my bank statement a month later, raised with them but they didn't believe me because they couldn't remember, so wouldn't refund. Their service is terrible, firstly I had ordered an headphone I knew and wanted because I broke mines, after I paid, they told me they don't have it in stock and showed me an alternative at a higher price but said I wouldn't have to pay anymore than what I had. Item purchased on Thursday evening for a Next working Day Delivery, As stated we despatched the goods on Friday for delivery on Monday. A very arrogant and rude customers called on Saturday and berated us as to the delay as we apparently live in a society where there is no weekends and retailers are expected to work & days a week. Customer then began to use abusive language . We will not tolerate profanity.

yes i did call the person a t pot (and that was all), and did apologise, however I the person did call me back twice and use far worse to me, it also must be noted that we do live in a society where weekend and night work is common place.

“Appalling service before I'd even bought anything”

When my son was not happy with the sound he was getting from a pair of speakers he' d bought from the biggest car part retailer, I suggested he went to an independent for advice. He went to Dynamic Sounds, who were excellent. They listened to him and then called a technician to took at his car. The technician immediately diagnosed reverse polarity in one speaker and took it apart to swap the leads.
