So I placed an order yesterday - 4th June 2019 in good faith. The order value was over £720. I paid for next day delivery in good faith. Their website says dispatched for next day delivery if ordered before 4pm. My order was placed at 3.30pm. My TrustPilot review has my original review, their substandard review and then my response to that. To sum up - they sent me a phone which completely ceased to function. Whatever you do DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. I purchased a CD from Ebay, they sent me the CD with all its trimmings but it was a Christian CD, where I had bought various artists. They are now ignoring my messages via e-bay, although I have sent it back first class delivery. It has cost me over £8 and I have no product. I was offered £50.00 for my FULLY WORKING Samsung A5 2016 mobile. They received it and lowered my offer price to £6.61, saying that the screen back light wasn't working. Avoid them. Had a Samsung s7 to sell and it clearly states in their criteria if you have some cracking to the screen that would fall under poor condition. So my offer price went from £90 to £56, which I thought was ok so I decided to send my phone off. However that isn’t the price you will get, it’s just the price to get you to send your item to them. Started off well. Ordered a reconditioned iPhone and worked well until it started switching itself off and randomly taking screen shots. There are other companies to sell your tech with. Don't waste your time dealing with these people. I posted a well packaged IPad in perfect condition, It gets returned to me as 'faulty' as it now has a crack on the screen, it's now virtually worthless! They seem able to find “faults” that don’t exist. When I challenged the fact they had offered me scrap value for a fully functioning, good condition iPhone 5s and then backed it up with photos they claimed that there was a fault that couldn’t be seen, didn’t affect the phone, and only their special diagnostic equipment could detect: utter b-s. I sent my Ipad Air 2 to Music Magpie to sell and when they received it they advised that it was faulty (i.e. the backlight did not work) and they offered me on £63 instead of the original £211. I rejected the offer and had them return it. When I got it back I had the Ipad checked and it was confirmed that it was in full working order. Strange - I have just had the same experience. Funny how they found fault with my IPad and knocked 90% off the offer price after I had rejected their previous revised offer for my Smart Keyboard. They wanted to knock a £7.00 offer down to £4.00 so i rejected it to teach them a lesson - it would cost them about £3.00 to post it back to me. I guess they couldn’t cope with the idea of not having the final word, as it were, although that mindset is a bit high-brow and overly ambitious for a glorified “rag and bone” service. It might also be relevant that I obtained my previous offer for the IPad just as the new ones were coming out so I had a decent offer for tech that was about to fall in value. In any case their behaviour was spiteful and below the belt, even for a jumped-up junk dealer.

If you want to sell to these people be WARNED VIDEO WHAT YOU PUT IN THE BOX the more expensive items you need to need to video the booklets the items and leads and condition of boxes or THEY REFUSE TO PAY and will not send items back its there way of conning people out of there items and money and also if you have more than 1 box please be careful when they send the postage labels there exactly the same so in actual fact they will only ever receive 1 box hope this helps… Read Full Review

I sent them my iPhone 6s with the promise that they would give me £219 if it was in GOOD CONDITION!
