I ordered a game from these and paid in full, a week before it came out they refunded me and sent a message saying "Due to low stock the order could not be fulfilled" I was hugely disappointed as preordering a game early and paying in full to still be told my order could not be fulfilled showed how poor their service really is. First time last time customer. Ordered 4 blu rays on November 26 as Christmas gifts. 3 arrived all individually on separate days, one past the estimated delivery time. When I complained about the 4th item, I was told I needed to wait 30 days until December 27th. I purchased 2 Cyber Monday specials that were deducted from my bank account the following day and never arrived. I have written customer service daily with no results and have asked them to call me which they refuse to do. I can't find their phone number to save my life-RED FLAG!!!!!! On 18/8/16 I purchased a monthly subscription for a ZBox that my daughter wanted. (paid 21.41 Euro). On 12/9/16 I sent them a message saying that I haven’t received my order yet. On 23/9/16 they charged you charged my credit card for another 23.79 Euro…. even though I told them that I haven’t received the first month’s ZBox. Before you shop with Zavvi, or if you wonder why it takes longer than 2-3 days to deliver your order, Google 'The Guardian, Hut avoids VAT shipping via US'. I wish I had found this before placing an order and hope others find this useful. I only found it because I asked them to confirm where it was sent from, suspecting China. Pre order was a day late (amazon deliver on the day) Also tried to refer a friend using their scheme. When the credit wasn't applied I contacted customer services who first said they haf no such promotion or offer. Really? Staff are not aware of the promotions they have. After a week later writing to them they tell me that my friend must have not followed the procedure correctly. It's a matter of entering a code which os not a very procedure to follow. When you sign up it looks like you can just sign for 1 month subscription , but it means 1 item a month for a year , and trying to cancel is futile I personally tried to cancel several times but they carried on taking money, I had to get my bank to block them in the end… Read Full Review

I had similar problem. Customer service shocking. Can not contact them by phone-wonder why. Only contact you can make by E Mail. Asked for complaints department three times, but they just ignored. Will not use again

Pre-ordered the PC version of Dark Souls 3 7 weeks in advance of the release date of April 11th, only to have it canceled on the 23rd of May without any reason given. This coming after chasing them up several times and being told it was on special order... Couldn't agree more. In this day and age of review sites, you would think such a larger retailer would actually take the time to get it right. Request to delete your account and never use them again. Maybe they will learn the hard way. They have a link to refer people, I will actually be deferring people!!

Bought a ZBox that still hasn't arrived after a month. They keep telling me it was sent. I did indeed receive a parcel from Zavvi which was a T-shirt I can not get a returns number from them. To top it all Trying to cancel a ZBox subscription is like trying to get out to the Britania music club. Apparently they cant cancel the subscription until you receive the first box. I used Zavvi.com to order a DVD for my son that I could not find here in the USA. (Zavvi is a UK based company).
