Dont bother with Measureguard feature. Utterly meaningless! Yep - I got one of the measurements wrong. Will only get a new blind once I have returned the wrong one...and I pay for posting..oh and the difference in blind cost. I spent 300 quid on blinds and paid 30 odd quid on it.  Heading elsewhere for replacement. They can keep that money as they wont get any more from me. Wont deal with them again. If you are checking 247 out before ordering be clear: I recommend using any other blinds company than this one. Don't be fooled by their promises or the reviews on their website. They have taken my money, delivered atrocious customer service, cost me a day off work and delivered me nothing ... and they do not care at all. Ordered a blind using velux code. Blind came half the size of our window. Customer service approach immediately that we had given wrong code. 3 weeks down the line (and photos and measurements to prove we haven’t) and blind is wrong and their production department refuse to replace the blind. Terrible company. Avoid. A java web issue on MS Surface led to our 2 faux wood slat blinds (£120 each) arriving with the length/ width the wrong way round. 247 blinds were incredibly rude about this and refused to accept liability for their site coding at all. The blinds arrived in really poor condition with rough and splintered cuts, and fixings missing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, Ordered a vertical blind and a roller blind on 16th march received the vertical 2 weeks later , fittings in a tattered soaking wet box 8 weights missing and no connecting links for vanes. vanes water logged and dirty.sent 8 photos to show damage to customer services but they will not accept that they are at fault. roller blind has never arrived and we have now been waiting a month can not get any information from customer services as to when or if we will receive this blind… Read Full Review

I’ve had a simar experience... just about to upload my own details. But I’d like to just say that, from my research, you and I are among the many and implore you to submit your review to trading standards (citizens advice can assist) to help avoid other from falling foul of 247 blinds’ shocking service.

Ordered blinds for next day delivery as moving to a new house - no blinds arrive. Phone repeated occasions and get nowhere - 8 days later despite being promised they would be with me yesterday, still no blinds. The color of the blind was exactly as we had seen on the swatch. No screws with the blind when it arrived and the instructions which said 10 minutes to put up was a joke took over 2 hours. Ordered blinds from this company. They are scratched and faulty. I sent over pictures and the packaging was all damaged. I paid one hundred and fifty pounds for the blinds. They do NOT FIT the windows. The shades are also different so obviously from different batches. I think that the samples they send are better quality than the blinds you pay for. Ordered 2 blinds , one was too short so I had to make a plastic filler each end of about 5mm so that I could get blind to fit. The other was 0.8cm too wide but will not fit in the space due to walls, so now I am left with a £130 blind that will not fit. Contacted blinds247 but there customer service is disgusting they just don’t want to know. Ordered a very small blind said it will take over a week for delivery paid £8 but for an extra £9 I can have fast track delivery for a total of £17 WOW what a great deal that is NOT the blind was only £33 Joke Company. We ordered a large roller blind at the end of December, it arrived quickly and all appeared to be well. After two days the roller mechanisms broke and the large heavy blind (over 280cm long) would not stay up. We deemed this unsafe for our daughter's bedroom and explained this to the company. They sent a new cord mechanism - this broke too and the blind continues to fall down. Sadly the blind is too heavy for the flimsy mechanisms that roll it and hold it in place. I have to disagree...I have bought several blinds (different kinds) over the years through this company...most recently a heavy 'day and night' blind, full width..just as you describe. It arrived with the casing damaged..I took photos which I emailed to the company and a brand new blind arrived within 2 days. I have nothing but praise for the products and the customer service of 247 blinds.

Ordered a blind and they sent the wrong one. Went back and forth with my showing photo evidence of the blind was too wide and customer service were very unhelpful. Will never buy from here again. I ordered online 3 blinds for £300.00, I was given a 3 week delivery time. Failed to deliver on 3 occasions. Constantly rang 247 blinds and was given excuse after excuse, they then said they had been delivered but had NOT. After 6 weeks I had to get a solicitor involved to receive my money back. Absolutely appalling company. They readily admitted they made the blinds too long which meant they dragged along the floor, then subsequently suggested that my tape measure was made from poor quality material and had stretched to provide an incorrect reading when I submitted evidence of the incorrect product dimension!
