I first brought a pair of Zapkam goalkeeper gloves off in 2007 for £21.99. I brought them because I had stepped up a level in football and needed something that would serve me well for 50 games a season. I have brought 5 pairs of Zapkam gloves in total now and below are my thoughts.
Style:
The style in the Zapkam gloves is very good in regards to colour and protection for your fingers but the only thing that lets the style down is that the gloves come in all different sizes even if its sold as…

At first i hated these Zapkam IGS Range gloves i couldnt adjust my hands terribly well in them and the latex peeled like crazy. also the plastic wrapping that covers the gloves is a pain to get off. although having had them for about four months now they have started to grow on me the grip gets better as you wear them and they are really tacky in the wet. wouldnt wear them in a game but have wore them in trials and they done the job. not a bad glove for the price you pay… Read Full Review

I would recommend zapkam to any goalkeeper, due to the low prices and high quality of the gloves. I think the gloves are a good design, very original and eye catching.unbeatable grip and they are very hardwearing compared to some major brands.
the grip stays very good in all kinds of weather.
The only bad point i have is that the wristband is too big other than that the Zapkam IGS range goalkeeper gloves are pretty good gloves…

The 1st pair of zapkam gloves i got were fantastic they were brilliant. good grip and support. then i purchased the same gloves in a size smaller and they split stright away so a bad thing is no half sizes. i then purchased the newer igs range and they were appalling the grip tore off after first use and were not half as good as the first pair i bought. good gloves but you pay for what you get… Read Full Review

Looks like a poor mans version of some of the leading brands. I was not impressed with the Zapkam IGS goalie gloves, they didnt do exactly what is says on the tin. There was no grip or support. I went and brought a better pair after a couple of weeks. I should have just spend more money in the first place… Read Full Review

A real value for money goalkeeper glove, my biggest gripe was they dont do half sizes, i have worn size 9 and 8. The grip is not as good as you would expect from a top of the range glove but for '£20 they are a real bargin… Read Full Review

In my opinion, the new upcoming brand zapkam is great. The companies products are amazingly good value and the quality is without question brilliant. Many lower league clubs goalkeepers use them. I spent years looking for a great pair of goalkeeper gloves for under '£25 and now i have found one. Any goalies out there, they are well worth a try… Read Full Review
