Over the years we have used Easily almost exclusively for Domain and Webhosting except where specifically requested by our customers. The overall service from their excellent staff, has been exactly as you would want from a key supplier. had problems with some emails simply not being delivered to me. Took several weeks to realise that there was something wrong. I tried various things that didn't help. Easily support quickly identified the problem and walked me through changing the ports and other settings for my PC. The problem with technology these days is the way that when you have a problem with your phone or computer your whole world has a tendency of falling apart! My emails suddenly stopped coming through on my iPhone while I was in France on Tuesday. “Fabulous service, knowledge and empathy”

He was brilliant just now. He got me set up properly, but he did it with a really friendly and empathetic manner, he kept me calm, and he was supremely patient. I've had dealings with several different ISPs over the last 20 years, and none of them have been as easy as Easily. I especially like the fact that Easily reminds me when renewals of domains or hosting are due and gives me the chance not to continue with them if I wish.
