Won't look into recruitment agency issues that happened after 12 months. More inclined to brush away the issues with recruitment agencies than to solve them! More of a mouthpiece for agencies, not interested in feedback or complaints from candidates. Not interested in lack of job descriptions, working hours, going repeatedly to interviews and finding out the jobs are totally different from what is specified on the job description, what there is of one anyway. Appears to have no powers to fine agencies and make them behave in a decent and proper manner. Been going on for years and despite promising they would look into the agencies and make sure they where fit to be a REC member this has never been done with predictable results for candidates. Never get the job as the job description is never full, so the candidate realizes half way through the interview they can never fulfill the employers wishlist, however much experience they have. Whoever pays for the REC needs to alter it quickly as it will eventually be no use to anyone in its current state!
