Dunfermline Autocentre, Dunfermline, Fife

I took my car to this garage to get a 'custom exhaust' done and it wasnt very custom, told me they could make it sound the way i wanted it. Took it on the first day to be phoned me 2 1/2 hours later to tell me they didnt have the correct parts for my car, booked it in for another day to be given the back and to find that it was whistling, they told me it was my turbo ( i know it wasnt as the turbo had been checked ) i then re booked for a third time to have them replace the flexi pipe which stopped the whistling noise, the car is faster as it had a stainless steel exhaust system, but does not have the performance sound i was looking for. I have now had a professional exhaust company look at my car to be told if was a botch job (which i kind of figured). I would not reccomend them to anyone at all for any sort of work to bw done on their car. You wil pay through the nose for botch work.

This company was excellent from start to finish they eased my mind and dealt with the car problem efficiently and picked up and delivered back to my door. I was very happy with the work carried out and very impressed,with the customer service. Thank you all so much and I will be using you again if needed. . :-)

i am disabled and was at this garage for a mobility car but they couldnt be bothered because its motobility

A very enjoyable experience & I would recommend a trip to dunfermline if looking for a blue oval (FORD). Helpful but not pushy salesman showed us various Ford Focus models, and I was given £800 more for my old car than Arnold Clark offered.

I got a great deal from Dunfermline Autocentre, and the service department is so helpful.

I will not deal with Dunfermline Autocentre again and would not recommend anyone to use this garage for a service at all. They're one of the worst companies I have dealt with in my life. They created more work then I felt was needed in the first place and then charged me a high price for it.
