Wimbledon - Perfect - I Won't Buy Tickets From Anywhere Else
Excellent service and valued customer support from start to finish. And the Centre Court tickets were simply amazing.
My wife enjoyed the most memorable birthday. All thanks to Premier Events.
Why buy tickets from anywhere else.
Do Not Use This Company
Ordered tickets in October for Drake. Confirmation email arrived explaining they are waiting for the payment to clear even though plenty of money in the account to clear it.
Now one week before the event and no tickets and money not taken.
Looks like they sell tickets then try to get hold of them. Terrible service and certainly not to be trusted.

Do Not Use!
Ordered tickets for Wimbledon Centre Court in April 2013 for the first days play. Finally told today, 1 week before I was due to go that they did not have the tickets and that my booking was cancelled. I was offered a full refund but that is not the issue. They sold tickets for an event on which they failed to deliver on. Do not use unless you are prepared to be very disappointed.

I'm sorry that you feel that your experience with Premier Events was not to your satisfaction.
Unfortunately, I am unable to find your booking without a name or order number and cannot verify your booking was indeed with Premier Events, but I am aware that there were some unavoidable supplier issues on Day One of Wimbledon 2013, which affected the entire industry.
Premier Events done everything in our power to supply the tickets requested or offer alternatives and compensate for any inconvenience caused. Were clients not able to take advantage of alternative options given, an immediate refund was made and complimentary tickets or discounts were offered. As such, we did not receive any written complaints to this effect and were understood to have satisfied all of our clients at The Championships 2013. This is particularly why your review troubles me.
I would like to point out that this was an isolated incident in our 20+ years of offering Wimbledon Debenture tickets to our many satisfied clients, which are well in to their thousands.

Agreed - same thing happened to me! Six tickets to Centre Court failed to materialise. I was then offered three options as a consolation 'prize' and instead they chose to refund me fully without providing the 2 complimentary tickets they had promised. Their word is obviously worthless!! Instead I turned to Mike Burton and they were able to obtain four tickets for me. I have nothing but for them!

Bought Tickets For Six Nations England V Italy Las
Bought tickets for Six Nations England v Italy last month. I was a little bit anxious because I had never heard of this company before but I called them and they seemed very trustworthy and they are based in London Bridge so I gave it a go. Booked my tickets through the phone, found the tickets quite expensive but the seats were very good. I compared the prices to the same category of seats and they were more expensive on GetmeIn and Viagogo. I received my tickets 4 days before the match through a courier. Excellent service! Premium delivery and customer service. I would recommend it as long as you don't have a small budget.

Booked Tickets Through Premier Events After I Got
Booked tickets through Premier Events after i got let down by another ticket agency for my Reading Festival tickets. They waren't cheap, but they hand delivered them to my office within 4 hours of booking. Something no one else could promise. Something no one else could promise. They answered their phone within a coupe of rings, too (no holding!). No bad points. As i said before, they wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. Great service, genuine tickets.
