If you like challenges and puzzles along with par core, you would love this one. You have an amazing storyline that progresses so well with twists here and there that keep you on the edge of your seat. The gameplay involves missions and jobs that require patience and sometimes just pure skill. The controls are easy to pick up on and there is never a dull moment while playing. You find flags and view points up really high on tall buildings while completing missions to help along with the progression of the organization called the Creed. Friends turn to foe and there are plot surprises even I, an experienced gamer, didn't expect. And with it being a couple years old, the price has dropped dramatically making this fantastic game very affordable. I suggest with all my being you begin your quest in this series. You will not regret it.

After reading poor reviews I decided to make my own mind up about the game. As an artist I was amazed at the graphics even though id clocked other impressive titles. The amount of work thats gone into this game has made me respect it a lot. Games are slowly getting there imagine ubisofts games in 10 years! Well recommend Assassins Creed.

Once you've played this game for more than four hours then you've pretty much done everything their is to do in Assasins Creed.
Despite every target being in a different place, all the missions leading up to fighting the target are pretty much the same and if you're like me you'll soon get bored of this.
The object of the game is to drift through the streets silently, gathering information on your target, then once you have enough information, finally take him out and sink back into the shadows before the guards know what happened.
But after the first couple of missions, all this will go out of the window and you'll find yourself starting on massive groups of guards just to try and give yourself a bit of a challenge.
Overall a decent game if you're not gonna play it too often, but the gameplay is repetitive and the ending is a big disappointment.

Really good graphics
This is a brilliant game, the graphics are top. Only just started playing it but already hooked. A bit confusing at first but once you get into it you are ok. Love the knights stuff and all that so that is why I like this game.
I would recommend Assassins Creed for the xbox 360.

I think Assassins Creed is an all around great game. Anyone who has an xbox 360 knows that this is a must have. It will keep you occupied for a long time.

Overall very good game (best game in a long time for me), there is a good twist near the end and then you start to understand the game and all the little twists unravel to show you what to do.
p.s. The boss mission at the end is really easy!

When will game developers realise that Graphics don't make up for Gameplay nor do too many cut scenes!, In this game your a disgraced assassin in the time of the knights of the templers who has to climb back into the favour of your order by assassinating various figureheads in different city's, there is another side to the story but I won't spoilt it in case you play the game. Trouble is you do one assassination and you've pretty much done them all, there's a lot of climbing in the game, you can climb up the highest steeple in the game and dive into a piddly little hay cart and climb out without a scratch but fall in any water and you die instantly ?!. I think you must be pretty dedicated or pretty sad to find all the hidden flags in the game.
So I'm sorry to say its a game that had so much going for it, worth playing but in the end I just got bored with the repetition.
