Yeah my hair is purple, it's dry and my split ends just broke off (i didnt have alot of them though) all from this hairdye. I actually need to go to a salon and get this fixed.. I am so freaking mad right now!! School starts in a week im 17 if i go to school like this oh my goodness its social suicide!! Please never buy this unless you wanna look stupid...

I used this and only half of my hair covered, it's patchy and horrible and a very yellow colour. Only the top half of my hair has covered and now I have to walk around until my hair is ok to colour again. My advise is if you want it done, get it done properly it's not worth it when you have to pay out more because it's turned out bad and the hairdresser has more to do than original. The only good thing about it is that it's cheap but then again you get what you pay for in life. I wouldn't recommended this to anyone. I am so disappointed with the result and how much it agrovated my scalp. Usually im prone to not ever having pain or itchiness when I have my hair coloured but this litualy burnt my scalp and I had scaps falling from my scalp where it burnt it so bad. If I had read this sooner there is no way I would have had it done. It is rubbish. Not even worth it.

I'm a hair stylist and this really annoys me! I didn't train for years and years for nothing! Think your going to achieve a good hair colour for £5? Also annoys me that loreal are professional products but will produce such c*** for people to ruin their hair just to make a few quid!

Im naturally blonde and usually use another product to go lighter. I thought id use live as it says it reduces red tones in blonde hair. This is clearly NOT the case. Not only is my hair now a disgusting yellow its also very patchy!!. I would not recommend this product to anyone. And think they need to address their packaging and state what the product actually can do not be misleading ! TERRIBLE!

I used this colour on my hair a few months ago and the results were HORRIBLE! My hair went a disgusting yellow colour (God only knows how!) and my hair started falling out 20 strands at a time! I had to pay money to get the colour stripped out and I will never use it again! It is the worst colour my hair has ever been and it only coloured half of my hair, the bottom was still my natural colour. It may say on the box that it's suitable for 'Dark Brown' hair and it'll still go almost white, but it lies. Don't buy it. Ever.

i brought this product, it was the first time i had ever dyed my hair. It came out a horrible colour! then everytime i brushed my hair chucks came out now i have patches of bald parts on my head i do not recommend to anyone! unless you want yellow and ginger patchy bald hair DO NOT BUT LIVE XXL PRODUCTS.

i do not recommend this to any one i used it ad ive got light to medium brown hair and i came out a yellowy orange colour its the worst i think iver used before never using ice blonde again or the brand worst expierence ever

I thought long and hard before using this product, or at least I thought I did! Now I realise i didn't make the right choice! When you see Schwarzkopf Live Colour XXXL Ice Blonde on the shelf LEAVE IT THERE!!!
Yes it is cheap....that's the only good thing about it!! Until, like me you now have to pay up to £100 to have it put right by a professional!
My hair, which was blonde to begin with, (I just wanted to lighten it) is now a lovely shade of GINGER!!!!! Bloody brilliant! NOT!!!
I am now sat at work with a scarf on my head! Luckily I have been able to make an appointment with the hairdressers tomorrow so the embarrassment wont have to continue for long!

although Schwarzkopf Live Colour XXL is nothing at all like the box-i think i like it. But think i will need to tone it down at bit in a few days. also not really sure other people with like it, as it looks coloured and not at all natural

I already had blonde hair...and i was looking for the ice/white look, i followed the instructions step by step...washed the colour out with the conditioner provided and it turned orange...now i am stuck and need to get a normal, more natural colour back...if anyone has had a similar problem and could recommend a better hairdye that will do this i would appreciate it :) thanks
