I made a claim 21st june, still havent got replacement phone, I basically lost my phone some whereade a claim, They asked for proof of purchase and proof of canceling the sim, i have given, Then They asked for pictures of the box i mean who keep mobile box? Pity I can't give 0 stars. Phone stolen beginning of April, get in touch with this lot day after, provide proof of purchase including a photo of the box with IMEI, police report, proof of barring and a whole load of chat histories from 3 saying they can't provide proof of use for some unknown reason (that's another story) No contact for weeks, when i ring them I'm told my proof of purchase is rejected as it hasn't got provider address or IMEI. “Replacement phone with bad battery”

Avoid. Paid 50 pounds to send off to be repaired. Was told (eventually) phone couldn't be repaired so would be sent a replacement device for an additional 49 pounds. New phone arrived 2 days later (despite saying next day delivery and didn't receive a confirmation email from company until I called. Phone arrived great condition but the maximum battery capacity was 89%. Not good enough considering the device I sent off had 100% capacity. Disgusting service. Sent it off with a a little crack 3 weeks ago I’ve received it back 3 times now and the phone is getting worse and worse. The whole phone now doesn’t come on, it fakes parts the screens hanging out. I could’ve sold it with a crack in but now i can’t do nothing with it just throw it in the draw. Disgusting service. hey don’t use genuine parts for their repair, I have been advised by their technician before he visits my house to repair my phone that the parts for my iPhone claim it will be not genuine, this was after 3 weeks of calling and chasing them and they said they will repair my phone. I am also canceling my insurance and also banking with them now , Seeing as they dont use genuine parts or certified Techs that do the repairs.

“Awful! A simple repair and the repairer broke the phone!”

First of all, the repair was delayed by 2 weeks via text update no phone call. The repairer came out to do a very simple repair of the battery and screen- he came back to me to say the part used has completely BROKEN my phone. No one from the insurance contacted me. Took me over a week to get through to someone and then was no help whatsoever. The amount of hoops you have to jump through to make a claim is ridiculous - even though I provided the actual receipts of payment for the goods they still rejected saying they needed the actual receipt....?? You will spend 2 hours on the phone trying to contact them and then the call will end and you will never be able to speak to anyone, There is an option to log a call back but it doesn't work I have placed 3 times a call back and nobody called me back.
