Customer service terrible. Send you out term and conditions after you have place a 12 month payment. I am disabled and put me through sending emails for days. Stress I don’t need with a long term illness. I never have had to deal with a company that robs people of their money. Will be getting phone screen fixed by Apple. Stay away from this company. Having had my phone stolen I promptly made a claim sending in all necessary documents within 24hours. I received an email saying ready to receive excess of £100 which I paid and received an automated email saying a replacement phone would be dispatched within 3-5 days. Insurance2go, by far the worst phone insurance company i have ever dealt with, had the worst experience ever with this company, long wait times make you jump through hoop after hoop and make you wait 2 days each time a bit of info aint good enough for them, its taken me near a week to get to where i am and still no decision look at next week now so even longer with no phone witch is a huge inconvenience its self let alone having to be made over a week for a replacement, cheap rate but poor slow… Read Full Review

Claimed an awful long time ago and only now have I recieved an email saying take to repair centre.. the phone is in awful condition and having to go through the hassle of taking it for repair to be then inevitably be told that its not repairable and having to wait for a new replacement its just such a long procedure. so I broke my iPhone 7 home button, made a claim online, paid me excess and took the phone to a repair shop advised by Citymain. I then received an email advising that my phone is non repairable, replacement to be sent out.The phone never arrived due to the delivery company losing my replacement phone. Wish I would of read review centre before using city main. Won't make that mistake again. Cracked screen samsung 8+ 64gb, timescale 5-7 days Recieved 19th July Rang 29th July no information Rang again 31st July apparently being dispatched today. I have been using this insurance company for over 2 years. Waste of time and a lot of stress when it came to making a claim due to theft. They twisted my claim and told me it was 'loss' which they do not cover and i provided them with a loss number. In actual fact it was a crime reference number for theft. So they claim to have better judgement than the police now. They kept on fobbing me off with the definition of loss and theft which further supported my claim that it was theft. Stay away from this company. They use underhanded ways to get customers. They 'fixed' my phone by using different coloured parts and then said it passed quality checks. So to cut a long story short - I think they only have 2 people working in their claim department - as I have spoken to the same unhelpful man on several occasions! He was/is the worst representative of a company I have ever had the misfortune to come across. “8 weeks without resolution”

Theft claim refused because members-only gym considered 'space that the public has common access to'. Then appeal process takes 8 weeks with no way to contact them directly to discuss or update me. Because they only replace the handset, not give monetary pay-out, I can't buy a replacement phone for another 8 weeks unless I risk wasting money on a new phone, getting the replacement later and then having an expensive redundant phone... Quick and easy process from start to finish! Dropped and smashed mg screen.. the Claim was done, accepted and processed in 1 day and phone was sent on the Monday city main received the phone on the Tuesday morning and the phone was returned to me fixed by Thursday morning. “Quick and easy screen replacement! ”

After dropping and smashing my phone screen I was really worried about the process of getting it fixed with my insurance (as you can see, the reviews are not the best). However, I was really pleasantly surprised! The whole process was quick and very straightforward. The best part about it was that I didn't have to send my phone off anywhere as I was able to take it to Apple to be fixed and City Main reimbursed me for it within 3 working days (despite the busy Christmas period).
