Middlesborough Away

The Middlesbouough branch repaired my BMW to a very high standard. he service was very good and the team collected and returned my car. Communication was excellent with regular updates. Everyone i dealt with were extremely polite and courteous and very informative.

My only negative is the length of time my vehicle was away. I was provided with a very nice courtesy car but i really missed my car. i think a review of the processes could speed up the amount of time vehicles are away.
