It gives you a nice clear face.. I have suffered from white spots around my nose every morning. No matter what I used and believe me I have tried Clinique, Lancome, Dermalogica, the whole nine yards ! These products cost a fortune as we are usually told to but the cleaner, toner, moisturizer etc. But my gp gave me a prescription for Panoxyl 10 and it's done the job. I use it once a day when I have a shower and then I do follow with a cheap neutrogena OIL FREE MOUSTURIZER (which only costs £3 and it combats the dryness) but make sure to drink lots of water aswell.

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now and i feel my skin in general is looking much clearer, although i still have outbreaks in my "stress zones", ie, under the ear along the jawline which is getting on my nerves!! The Doctor prescribed Duac cream - made by the same company as Panoxyl, but I think this is making my skin worse as i feel it is blocking my pores and stops the spots from healing properly. CAn anyone else recommend anything to help clear the spots up when the outbreak occurs? I am almost 34 - so a tad old for acne!!

Seems to shrink and dry out spots and blemishes. Had spots/acne for 5 years now and its cleared them up in 5 weeks. Skin looks great!

Also helps with oily skin. Previously have felt the need to wash my face every 4/5 hours, but one wash can last me 8/10 hours.

Get rids of acne quickly but can dry your face if used often. I used this for years and it does a good job.

I was previously using dalacin T lotion,but it left my skin too oily. So I thought i'd give panoxyl a go. WOW after a week, skin looking far better, pretty much clear skin already, and have only bee using it once a day, for the past 10 days!

Other products cost serious amounts and don't work.

It actually works to remove pimples..especially for young teenagers who have acne problem s. I actually started using panoxyl gel because i had so many marks on my face...and when i used it at first my spots became red but then it actually worked when you use it for a week and more.

I had mild acne and it was excellent been using for 2 years and now i very rarely get any spots!
