From day one things on my Manhattan CD Portable Spa Hot Tub didn't seem to be working properly so called in an engineer from the company we bought from. There was oil/rust leaking into the spa from lower jets, bit of plastic packaging coming from jets, blocking filter. Had to change water and filters 3 times in 3 months. Not normal.
