Adios tablets do not suppress up a appetite in fact got a bigger appetite whilst taking them they caused bad bloating and happened to put on on weight via water retention and being bloated Total waste of money

i started slimming world on monday 19th oct and began to take adidos tablets along with doing this, its been almost a week and i've lost 5 and a half pounds and feel great in myself. i haven't been feeling hungry as much and have actually been able to control my craves for chocolate and sweets. i am hoping to loose around 3/4 stones. my first weighing was 12 stone 13 pounds on the 19th oct. my weighing on the 25th oct was 12 stone 7 1/2 pounds. i'm hoping to get down to 9 stone and 7 pounds. 3 more stones to go wish me luck :)

These stop me wanting to walk about 'grazing' on stuff that's lying around in the cupboard or fridge! and so I seem to be sticking to 3 meals and a snack.An added benefit is going off alcohol(the bottle I've had in the fridge has been there 5 days instead of the usual two)so I've lost something like 8lbs in two weeks,probably more.Can't say enough about this at the moment

The item's not so good as I have imagined,btw the delivery could be more faster.

They really do work in the beginning. However after being on them for a month I am now starting to not lose any weight. I am happy however with the weight I have lost so far.

i have been on these tablets for 3 weeks now , i find these brilliant. i loose appitite and i cut down my meal size. with a healthy diet, exercise and taking these tablets i have lost nearly a stone. worth taking :) 7

I've been taken Adios 3 times a day now with each meal I have, for 3 weeks. I have found these tablets cut down on your appetite, reducing your food intake. Before I took these I used to eat a full plate of food, now I'm eatting only half and feeling full! I can't comment if I have lost any weight from these has I don't weigh my self, But what I do know is that since taking these I have dropped a dress size :D ,Plus so They are obviously working! I do atleast 2 hours walking a day, And I have not changed my food. I am still eatting the same stuff I once enjoyed before, But not has much now thanx to Adios! :D

Since I started using adios I felt tired and especially much more nervous than usual. I used it for 2 weeks but didn't lose anything. Be careful everyone!

I have only been taken adios for about 3days and every time i take 1 i find myself going dizzy n feeling sick i wouldn't recommend this 2 anyone.

i was taking herbal weight loss tablet which after a few weeks i had no cravings and they suppressed my appetite at all which i thought was really good, but after seeing adios on tv i decided to try it as i wanted to loose the weight even faster, after stopping my old ones and starting adios i gained the weight i had lost from using the other ones and came to a stand still, iv now been taking adios for a few week and have not noticed any difference at all, i will finish the box and see what happens, but i may end up going back to herbal ones

DONT TAKE ADIOS! it ruined my whole routine! i was on the way to a size 6 and i decided to speed things up with Adios but wrong freaking decision. At the time adios was great IT made me loose more weight faster and i reached my size 6 goal so i stopped taking them but carried on with my diet and exercise routine because i didnt want to gain more wieght.BUT No mater what i did, how much exrcise and water i drank i was putting on LOADS of weight and i didnt notice until my newly bought size 6 skinny jenes wouldnt fit then i weighed myself and found i had put on 5 pounds over the course of 8 days!! ADIOS WORKS WHILST YOUR TAKING THE PILLS BUT STOP FOR ONLY ONE WEEK AND BOOM YOUR A FATTY EGEN! Better to do it alone i think- do 4 10 min everyday and eat 6 SMALL meals during the day. This has more recently brought me down to a size 4 from a size 10/12 after one year of doing it. Its the best diet and its so simple!

I decided to try adios because I simply find it really, really hard to diet! I'm an all or nothing kind of person and either find myself eating three big meals a day plus snacks, or less that 400 calories a day, neither of which is healthy. I found that adios definitely works, slowly but surely. You can feel your metabolism speeding up each time you take a single pill, and it shows (including the increase in toilet-stops! :/) So i would recomend them definitely, but I think they're a bit expensive!!

I would like to presonaly recommend that no one with thyroid problems take this slimming supplement I am undergoing tests at the moment due to health problems which only started when I have taken this supplement please I cannot stress do not take this with thyroid problems. I cannot for legal reasons until the tests has been confirmed that this was the cause.
