I have migrated my server to Pipeten & all seemed ok in the beginning, later realized that my Socialengine site (a PHP based social network) was continuously going down due to Database configuration error. This case was going on for like 10 days until i had to break my contract with them & move to another Host.

Sorry to Say , Pipeten are not socialengine experts as they claim. They may be good at other products but not with SE.

I am a self employed marketer and came across Pipe Ten through a friends recommendation.

I was becoming weary with the many sites offering so called low cost domain names and website hosting's. Every time I thought i found a 'to good to be true deal' it was exactly that!

Pipe Ten were my last resort and thankfully the best was saved for last. Not only have I found a competitively priced option in Pipe Ten they also offer an excellent additional service through their live chat.

My site was up within 45 minuets and my questions on using the site were answered by the advisor instantly. He was polite and extremely helpful in helping to answer what were probably very basic questions from a beginner like me.

I will be using Pipe Ten on two more occasions to build sites for my clients as it is so easy and cost effective. Thanks again guys for your professional and friendly service.

The control panel is easy to use, the support is quick and helpful and the reliability is the best I have come across, just what you want from a hosting company.

I don't usualy write reviews but just have to say that the service I have recieved from Pipe Ten us EXCELLENT! They are better than any provider, hands down! I promise anyone who is reading this that they won't be disappointed.

Nothing ever goes wrong but if it does, they are very responsive! All the staff on the chat-centre are fantastic!!! Friendly and caring each and everytime - and that is why I will NEVER go to another hosting company. I don't know what they feed these guys but they are like some sort of super customer care kings! This company is going to go far because of the team it has built.

The support I've recieved from Pipe Ten is phenomenal. I am the first to admit I am not the most techical person and am usually well out of my depth, but whenever I get stuck with anything the Pipe Ten support team are always on hand to point me in the right direction and are very forgiving for my naivety.

I don't usually write reviews but after my recent experiences I thought I should. I've never come across a company that goes that extra distance with the help they provide as much as these guys. I made a right mess of my Wordpress site recently after trying to do some updates and really didn't know how I was going to get it back online. But thanks to the support team they talked me through it step by step and didn't seem to mind my constant mithering. Many thanks guys.

Pipe Ten have an excellent service and I have never come across any company that offer support like them. They should get some award!

Since a friend of mine recommended Pipe Ten for hosting I decided to create a new website and use them. I have since added 3 more websites and have moved all my domain names to Pipe Ten. I am delighted with the service and the quick response to any queries I may have.

I've used quite a few web hosts of the year and none of them have given such good support. The pipeten team always seem to happy to go the extra mile to help out with problems. For example, it's not really part of their job but I've occasionally had help with code on my website which is causing issues. Their live chat support is free (unlike streamline), always available (unlike streamline) and they know what they're talking about and they answer questions properly instead of telling you to just read their FAQs (unlike 123-reg).

They're not as cheap as some hosting companies but they're really good value when you consider how helpful they are if you have any problems, there's nothing worse than waiting for a support to fix a problem while you're losing money because you site is down, so pipeten is definitely worth the little extra you'll pay.
