In simple terms I had a couple of issues accessing mail, logged on the 'live chat' after a very short time established what the problem was and got it sorted. actually has problems with a couple of accounts turned out to be a issue with the network i.e. nothing to do with freezone but they where able to get it sorted & working without ant apparent effort. We are all very pleased with the service.. in fact fully recommended.

I have had to contact Freezone a couple of times this week due to problems getting in to my cpanel and using it. Made a phone call one day and online chat the other. It was great NOT to be passed from person to person and matters resolved within a few minutes. Great technical Support just as one would hope to have when hosting a business site. Thanks guys!!! “FREEZONE ”

I just bought my domain a couple of days ago and I had amazing experience with it. The website is really well organised and easy to use. I happened to chat with a member of staff regarding the DNS settings. His name is Oliver Finn and he was really helpful and answered all of my questions. It's really nice to know that you have their full support, whenever you need it.

“Horrific Customer Service”

We have been a customer of Freezone since 2012, and over time their service and support has become horrendous. Their downtime is far worse than it should be, at one period this was about 30 minutes a day, I have an email transcript promising a 99.9% SLA for our reseller package, when I asked them why I had all this downtime in breach of what they promised they told me I would have to upgrade to a VPS for 100% SLA (really?). You should also be aware that if you try to download all of your data from their FTP, it will automatically block you IP address due to 'suspicious' activity. Accounts have been hacked on numerous occasions due to unmatched servers and their payment system is heavily flawed. We also have to keep an eye on their prices as they don't have the grace to tell you if your plan reduces in price, we have found ourselves paying way over the odds. They invoice us quarterly (£90/qtr!) and this year we missed a payment, purely through human error (we have to make the payments manually!). Their answer to this isn't to send a reminder email but instead to suspend all our accounts and demand two payments (£180) to get our files back!

We are always concerned about the security of our customers and to ensure a fool proof and the most secured hosting environment, we have to take some strong security measurements in place and if the system detects any suspicious login or the mismatch of credentials, our firewall system blocks for the time being. To ensure uninterrupted and seamless services, we have a server’s monitoring department that is responsible to keep a full check and balance on all the server’s parameters.

We have always tried to offer quality services and best prices to our customers. I ensure that we do send renewal reminders to all our customers as this is something that’s being controlled by the automated system. After sending a few friendly reminders for about 30 days, the system next sends out suspension notice before suspending any services. As a last resort, if the invoice still remains unpaid then it suspends the services for the time being.

Please let us know if there any pending issues related to you account. We will do our utmost to resolve them with immediate effect.

Great company to deal with. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, and very quick to sort out any problems - must be the best technical support available. Great web hosting, great prices too. “BAD SERVICE - FOB YOU OFF IF THEY MESS US YOUR ACCOUNT”

Seriously bad customer service..... they will always make out you are wrong... even though they mess up you account. .. And then change your account as if nothing happened 1. Screwed up on site after manual update through them (all content disappeared) - blamed it on password not strong enough. This updated was made and everything disappered after THEY updated it. 2. Outsourced website name - even though part of a package. HUGE problem. And said this was never linked however we were using it 1 month ago! 3. No formal contract? Seriously unprofessional.

Had a couple of queries relating to my reseller account. Went onto Live Chat for help. Chat was initiated quickly, and all my questions answered clearly, either through the chat or by referring me to the appropriate places in the knowledge base. Support technician was very friendly as well as being professional. Also liked the ability to print or email a transcript of the conversation so I can refer back to points at a later time.
