Supposedly run by the Kennel Club. They care only about the money. When you pay to microchip a pet, it includes a basic registration with them. But when you create your online account, they will tell you to 'upgrade' making it seem it is the cost to register. You DO NOT NEED to pay this. If you do, there are many other reviews explaining that you will not get contacted if your pet is lost and found - if you can get in contact with them. There is no email contact access and the phone rings and rings. Any change to your pet details will be met with a demand for a charge. A finder will have to register with them to report a lost pet etc.

Preferably get your vet to use another company.
