Customer service for Grand Designs Magazine is appalling. Subscriptions is handled by a company that is contracted by Media 10 (the company that actually produces the magazine). All I can say is that Subscriptions' staff are rude, disrespectful and incompetent (to say the least). After 2 years of subscribing successfully, I've just cancelled the remainder of this years subscription AND my renewal for the coming year. Sorry Kevin McCloud, sorry Grand Designs Magazine. The Subscriptions section are losing you business. From the way I was dealt with, I doubt I'm the only one. And guess what - I'm right! Someone else I know said they didn't have a good experience with subscriptions either. Sort it out please!

I recently bought Grand Designs Magazine to read on a flight and I have to say, as a huge fan of the television show I was pretty disappointed. OK so there's a couple of articles of interest - restorations of old castles and the like, but it's mostly just adverts. Very disappointing and not worth the money. Will just stick to watching the programme in future.
