I've been using Airtel over 6 years. Definitely I had problems with the network but they were bearable. Now, Airtel has launched 3G services in India since Jan 2011. Since then the network coverage and the services is just worst. There is just too much of call drop. Since Nov 1 my 3G is not working in my phone and there is absolutely no resolution for it. I logged a complaint on Nov 1 and the expected resolution time was 10th Nov. Today is 17th and nothing has happened. I called them on 15th to check the status, they closed my old complaint and logged a new one with 21st Nov ERT. Its just worse. Never go for it.!! Try some other networks but not Airtel.!!

Customer service is too bad. We can't speak to customer care within minute, we need to press lot of keys, still some time will not connect to customer care, even if they connect will not get proper response, more over call taker will make fool us by telling they will connecting to there super visor or manager for further clarification, But will not connect after a long hold they simply disconnect, no value for customer time :~) :~). Airtel cheat its customer always.. Every offer they give has hidden pit falls. Too much cheating.... I am get fed up with cheating.. Dear gentlemen and ladies If they dealing the customer like this even in this tuff competition market what they will do if they have monopoly, just move on to other net work most of other networks providing free sim.. Let us use other network for outgoing calls at least..

Bharti Airtel is a very nice network which provides an excellent network without interuption. thats good

I have been using Airtel in Bangalore since 5 years and since 1 year their network is "THE WORST" in karnataka. There are so many chances that calls gets disconnects atleast 10 times a day. They claim, they are working on resolving the network problem, since 8 months; but i never felt their service is improved. I would never recommend Airtel to anybody.

I have been using airtel for nearly 4 years. they have good customer support and they offer free talktime and validity.they are the best. so i would suggest everyone to use airtel.

Bharti Airtel gives good coverage in remote village areas and the signal quality is also good.Internet service plans are very satisfying. At Rs.75 users can enjoy unlimited internet for seven days.Special offers such as booster packs,addon to another number will reduce the phone bill in certain weeks.*The customer care service is good and they answering the queries after a few minutes wait. However if these pros and cons exist,I am enjoying this service and its quality is very good.

Bharti Airtel has very good network across the country. Provide many privileges to the customers. Aim at customer satisfaction.

All should use the Bharti Airtel network as it has a very good voice clarity.
