“Returning faulty parts”

Bought a radiator for my car from Euro's £95. After approx 8 weeks it started leaking, I got it checked out by a mechanic and he told me it was leaking from the core. I contacted Euro's and informed them of the mechanics diagnosis and asked for a replacement, they made me buy another one and return the faulty one which I did and paid the mechanic £99 to fit the new one, I have been chasing them for six weeks now for compensation, not once have they emailed, phoned, written or texted me, after… Read Full Review

I ordered 6 glow plugs and a can of oil and an oil filter. 5phone calls later to head office and an email, ive received 2 deliveries, totalling 6 glow plugs! so I called again today and was told oil filter was being sent today and 4 more days on petronas 10w40 engine oil! this is already 11 days after ordering and paying for 2 day delivery service! “Fourth Purchase Unlucky”

I tapped a one star rating but these IDIOTS are not worth that. 1) My lad bought oil and filter for Subaru. Wrong filter. Take it back to local depot. Can't find filter for us. Reckon there are loads. Wrong. Classic scooby has two. 2) Lad bought oil and filter for Passat TDi. Engine oil was graded for trucks so garage could not use it. 3) Oil filter for my car was wrong. It stinks because this place has a decent selection of parts however it appears to be a crapshoot whether your transaction will even occur. “Shocking service at Basingstoke E.C.P Store”

There is nothing at all that can be said in favour of the branch or the staff. BAD service and worse aftercare not competitive pricing on this occasion. If you plan ahead your always able to get better pricing but they rely on the customer buying short notice and popping down to the local store. I worked for ECP as a driver for a year, didn't get paid for 9 weeks at the beginning of my employment, got bullied by my boss, hugely mistreated, on minimum wage, had a collision and had to pay £250 excess (you can imagine how much it hurt being on a very low income), and after handing in my resignation and still working another week- they withheld my wages. Warranty claim still O/S after 6 weeks, their stated longest period for resolution. Part was a supposedly "Bosch" Wiper Motor. I think Chinese copy but I can't prove it. Euro Car Parts sent my items by Royal Mail and they got 'lost'. The Euro Car Parts customer rep didn't want to know and told me to chase up Royal Mail.
