I applied for a loyalty card with Waterstones quite a while ago now, and I am still waiting for my loyalty card to arrive, so at the present time. I am not prepared to give a rating on the Waterstones Loyalty card.
I do a lot of business with their Bold Street Branch in Liverpool, and give them a lot of business.... All I want is a loyalty card; is it too much to ask?…

Unless you applied online, you should've received the Waterstone's card when you registered. If you signed up online, you might've filled your details in incorrectly. Contact the card helpline to get your card.
