I bought a mad dash trampoline from outdoor toys in September 2012. It has been very good, but the safety net and padding have totally disintegrated. I have emailed the seller, and they have said that replacement parts are not available for this trampoline. So now I have to buy a whole new trampoline! If I had known this before my purchase I would have looked at other types! Not impressed at all.

We bought this trampoline in 2007 and had problems from the off which the company refused to discuss, (Outdoor toys direct)wanting us to provide photographic proof and pay for returns! The padding disintegrated within weeks and we sourced a replacement elsewhere. Now the netting has gone and after failing to find a replacement elsewhere, due to the fact that they use 5 poles and everywhere else uses 6 or 8, I faced a spanish inquisition on the phone about when I had purchased the item. I said I wasn't expecting a free net, and they said that they didn't carry them in stock, but would find out if they could get one and would ring back! Guess what, a month later, nobody has. As the netting is integral to safety, I find it unbelievable that after paying over £150 for the trampoline, I can't get a replacement net for it. If I'd known this before I purchased the trampoline I'd have bought one elsewhere.

Bought a Mad Dash 10ft trampoline on line and can't remember where
The safety netting broke almost immediately and the padding ripped
I understand these were designed by Outdoor Toys Direct, when I contacted them to purchase a replacement net they informed me they would not supply as I may not have purchased the trampoline from them
Crazy situation

I bought a 12ft Mad Dash Trampoline 1yr ago costing £209.99, this is the second summer using it. I have 3 boys, so it is used alot. It was total value for money, very sturdy & worth every penny. The kids have used it during summer, autumn and even in winter at times. Ive had no problems with quality. Would recommend to anyone.

I bought a mad dash tramp for around £180.00-12 foot.
Very soon a spring broke.I rang for a replacement, to be told i would need to send in a foto of the break before they would replace it . I couldn,t be bothered and simply ordered more springs .Over the next year i went through at least 30 springs.
3 months ago i noticed one of the welds holding the legs to the frame had gone-separated. 1 month ago the same happened to another leg with my son on it.ok he is 12 but....The trampoline folded with him on it.the frame had rusted in several places.
