NatWest E-Savings account. Easy Access? WRONG!
No trouble transferring money into account but first time trying to withdraw money is a nightmare. Told that I needed a card reader and card to get access to my money. (Hence hardly an internet account). Rang customer services to close my account but told I had to go to a branch to close the account. At the branch I was told that I could only close the account with a card and card reader!
In the meantime NatWest are holding my funds and stopping me being able to pay bills.
None of this was mentioned in their advertising nor was a card reader offered on account opening. If you expect to get easy access to your account give NatWest a miss.
