The mk 5 has a pitch reset buottn. When this buottn is pressed it doesn't matter where the pitch fader is, the pitch will remain at 0. Therefore the pitch fader doesn't click' into place at zero like the mk2. This allows smoother fader action and more accurate beat matching around the 0 mark. Theres also a 1210 mk5G which has the pitch reset buottn but also a Variable Range Pitch of b18%, b116%..
