Park And Go Gatwick Returned Car Damaged
Park and Go Gatwick did not own up to major damage to the car on my return, and left the scene as quickly as possible before we could check the car. The car was black and at night in the badly lit short term car park so we didn’t notice that a tree must have fallen on roof during the recent storm, causing major damage. Their policy says you have to bring it to their attention at the airport, otherwise they are not liable. They should have reported such damage to me as they obviously knew about it. It is dishonest and I feel tricked.

I am unable to contact this company by telephone as the number given is not working I booked with them and they have taken double the amount out if my account I am incredibly worried as it seems like some kind of sham please be careful people booking with this company !!!!

Had no issues at all using the Park and Go service at Gatwick this month.
The car was collected from the short stay car park within minutes of our arrival. On return (after 10:30pm) we telephoned on collection of our luggage and the driver arrived with the car at the car park at the same time that we did.
The car was as we had left it and we cannot fault the service in any way on this occasion. The price we paid was a fair bit cheaper than on-airport parking and collection at the short stay car park meant that we were very conveniently positioned for entry to the airport.

Awful service, rude on the phone on pick up and collection. Kept waiting by the car on our return for the driver to come with the key. The company is obviously working the staff under extreme pressure.
Won't be recommending this company to ANYONE!

Auful Service. It Damaged My Car
Verry poor service!!!!!!
I got my car back 30-40 minutes later than advised.
My car was returned full of birds feces all over my car. They have taken it to wash but still did not come off. And i was left standing in the airport with no possibility to speak to the manager that day. Ruined all my entuziasm and joy of being on Holiday.
I seeked specialised cleaning services but still could not take the feces completly out of the paint. Birds poo has acid and gets deep into the paint, it cant be removed, it just ruins the paint.
I talked to the manager who initially told me he will pay my money back and cleaning service but later he only agreed with half of my money back and cleaning. Really bad quality services, you ruined someone's car and negociate the last penny although you are aware it was your service's responsibility to return the car as it was and take responsibility for any damage.
Its been a month and still did not get this money back.
I am considering legal action and asking my car to be repainted but think this procedure might be very expansive for me and i'm not sure If id get back what i need to put in.
My car's price wend down because of this damage,i am really upset with it.
I am not sure where exactly they keep the cars but the space does not seem to be an appropriate parking. Just letting you all know so you will not have to go through what i did.
Should Have Walked Home
As I am writing this I have been waiting 45 mins to get my car!! I phoned as I got my luggage as requested...... I should have phoned when I was half way across the channel, car may have been her in time if I had!!
When I first called Park and Go to let them know I had my luggage and could they return my car they informed me it would be 35 mins, we discussed this for a while before I was told, the longer I argued the longer my car would be.........nice attitude!
It's now getting on for an hour and the contact numbers are engaged!!
Anybody thinking of booking with P & G, don't, you will be better or walking to and from the airport it will be quicker!!!
Don't say I didn't warn you!!

Excellent, Faultless Service
I called 10 mins before we got to the short stay carpark (v. convenient) to find the man waiting for us. On the way back, I called again 10 mins before we came out, again the man was there immediately and my car didn't have a scratch on it (bad experience in the past from another company with scratches!!). Would definitely recommend and will now not use anyone else. Very impressed.

Simplyparkandfly.co.uk...not So Simple..not Good Service
Easy to book on line and competitive price. But this company are very poor on customer service. Phone answering whether to drop off or for pick up is poor. Phones not answered, or engaged. Verey difficult to contact either to advise of arrival or after collected bags. As for the promise our driver will meet you in 20 minutes...its fiction. Twice it has been an hour hanging about and always the same lame excuse ...busy traffic which is hard to believe late at night or early morning.
My advice pay a few quid extra and get some service.
Secure Parking?? What A Laugh!!
On arrival there was no one there to meet us, all the customer cars were left unattended for 25 minutes so for the life of me I cannot see how they can classify themselves as secure parking. Driver was rude when I pointed out the fact we had to wait 25 minutes for someone to turn up and told me it was not meet and greet, he was not in the slightest bothered for the inconvenience they had caused us and the fact we then had to rush for our flight. Southampton Maple Manor car park has no toilet facilities but I was told I could go behind the office hut, I hope Southampton council does not find out as that ground must be well polluted by now!! The fact you are parking in the car park of Eastleigh Football Club did not sit well with me and my initial fears were soon realised. My car was damaged by their parking attendants and now they are lying through their back teeth saying the damage was already there, my car is only 4 months old and done only 2,200 miles and treated like a new baby. If Gatwick Parking damage your car you can forget them doing the right thing by getting it repaired. Gatwick Parking (Maple Manor) came up with a photo 1.5 hours after my car had been parked showing the damage but funnily enough they cannot provide a photo of my car when I arrived!! How convenient is that?????? They are cheap but you get what you pay for, I wouldn't trust them to park my push bike. Use them and you will pay dearly for it in the long run.

Efficient, Good Value, Very Polite, On Time!
Really easy to book on line, as cheap as the off site parking. His timing was perfect, the guy turned up as we were told, was interested in where we were going, and took the car away - perfect. He did then tell us that we would have to pay £3 extra to the Gatwick car park to leave on our return.
On our return he was honest to tell us that we would have to wait an extra 10 minutes as our flight was slightly delayed, and had caused a bottleneck of cars to be delivered. He turned up with the car at the time he told us, even remembered where we had been and what we had been doing! A really very good service that I would recommend and the first parking company whose name I shall keep.
