Unimpressive. If You Want Your Bed Delivered With
Unimpressive. If you want your bed delivered within the advertised timescales, I recommend using a different supplier. Their customer service is pleasant but didn't deliver what is promised.
This customer was told the bed would arrive late due to trouble at the supplier side, unfortunately not every sale can go perfectly especially when there are factors beyond a retailers control. Shame this customer cannot see that despite being informed throughout the process. I guess we can't please everyone.
