Jacks Apartments:
First of all, Jack and Maria, his "wife", are in reality FIRST COUSINS!!!!!!!!!! That should tell you plenty about the kind of people they are. Ask any native and they'll quickly apprise you of their depraved tale.

Secondly, the reason the towels and lines are threadbare is because, like the furniture, they have not been replaced in the 15 YEARS since the apartments were first opened!!!! Maria doesn't have the basic gasp of oral or personal hygiene let alone the faculties to adequately to clean apartments. Sanitize is not a word in her vocabulary. An absent shower curtain does not eliminate the prevalent mold smell.

Jack and Maria are opportunists who will only spare their time if they feel you are worth something to them in the end. Do not delude yourself in to believing for a minute they care about anything but their wallets and future earnings from "stupid tourists."

PS: I have been visiting Kos for over 30 years and stayed at Jacks, formerly Christine Studios, from the opening in 1994 to 2007 and can tell you that there are dozens of better, cleaner and more hospitable rooms to be found in this gorgeous village.
